Tom was flexible, informative and fun! It was a great way to walk the city, learn some history and discuss current city trends and things to do. Suggest doing this tour early in your visit as you will definitely identify places to return to for a longer look. Tom is a gem of a tour guide!!

My wife and I went on a "foodie" tour of Edinburgh with Gee Davidson. Gee took us to some great places and we sampled some great food and drink. In addition Gee shared a great deal of Edinburgh's sites in both the old town and the "new town", broken up nicely by stopping periodically to eat at different places. Gee was a great conversationalist and we enjoyed his company. I would certainly recommend this tour.

Jill was great. She took us all over old town Edinburgh, shared interesting facts, and helped us get a lay of the land. I would have enjoyed more historical facts and stories.

Doug was waiting for us at the meeting point at the agreed time. We walked together around the city explaining the most important aspects at each stop. Great stories and valuable historical information. He is an easy going and flexible guide who we recommend to contact, specially if you want to cover the best places of this beautiful city in a short time visit and at your own pace.

My entire family enjoyed our day with Gee! He was adept at conducting our outing to keep my kids interested but my husband I still felt engaged. He chose a restaurant for lunch and we all enjoyed our food. Even though we'd just met that day, the conversation flowed; his company was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend booking a family friendly tour with Gee!
