Great trip, very enjoyable and the cenotes were lovely. The kitchen at the end for the snacks were very chaotic and communication was poor about being picked up. The collection and pick up time wasn’t clear.

The whole experience was great! The guides were a lot of fun and took great care of us. The only downside was the taco tasting. It was not good and you could really tell the people who got the tacos included in the tasting compared to the tacos that people were ordering. They were much much smaller portions of meat. We would have rather ended the tour and headed right back to the resort.

I really enjoyed this excursion! My husband and I were looking for something a little different than ATV’s and Ziplining. This was such a great option, we visited 3 cenotes and our tour guide, Kevin was so fun and helpful throughout the whole experience. We were picked up and dropped off directly from our resort, making it a breeze to get to and from. We had a great tequila tasting as well featuring some of the local tequilas. They gave us drinks (soda, water, beer) after the second cenote. All of the cenotes had jumping points, but the third one had a zip line you can use to get into the water as well. Showers, restrooms, and changing rooms were available at the third cenote as well. After the third stop, we went back to the park area and received 2 tacos that were really yummy! It was a good portion for a snack for sure. We spent about 30 minutes at each cenote, and we had a photographer capturing images for purchase at the end. Overall I think it was an awesome value for the cost and I’d recommend the excursion!

Very cool experience to learn about the cenotes and how they are all connected. We swam in three today in the jungle! We had fun guides who made it a memorable experience! Ebo and Matt were the best!
We ended the day with a Mayan snack and entertainment in the jungle!
The open air bus ride was a bit bumpy for awhile getting down to the pools but sitting towards the front definitely helps!

We had high hopes for this tour, unfortunately, it was just a middle of the road excursion for us. Let me first start by saying, the actual cenotes that we visited were VERY cool and we loved this part of the excursion. Our tour guides were very friendly and helpful (apologies for not writing down their names, as they definitely deserved some recognition). Here is why we are giving this tour 3 stars... First, you arrive to use the bathrooms and then they take you to their gift shop. The gift shop - they want you to buy sunscreen, boat shoes, etc, etc. No, I don't want to buy anything. Next, they let you sample a margarita. Prior to the tour getting started, you sit and wait for about an hour and it almost feels like you sit there so that you can buy margaritas and spend more money. No, I don't want to buy a margarita, we just want the tour to start. After the cenote tour, we get our "snack" which was great, but it was a small street taco. From there, they hand you a menu and ask if you want to order more food. The food prices were astronomical. No, we will not be buying more stuff. We ultimately find out that our bus driver wouldn't be picking us up for 1 to 1.5 hours, so we sat there foreverrrrrrrr. In the midst of all that, you get to watch a Mayan dance and the lady stands at your table waiting to be tipped. Then the tour guides walk around with a box and they ultimately won't leave your table until you tip them. Then the photographers walk around and they try to sell you on the photos. The prices were insane, no thank you. Then they go negotiate with their boss, come back and try to sell you the photos at a lower price. No thank you. Ultimately, the 4hr excursion was not 4hrs. Pickup was at 800am and we didn't get back to the resort until about 315pm. Were the cenotes cool, yes. Would I do this excursion again, no. Would I recommend this excursion to family/friends, no. The dog and pony show, spend money spend money spend money, got old really fast. We were happy to be back at the resort and we all decided that we would not be leaving the resort for the remainder of our stay.

Well this was just so much fun!!!!! Start to finish we loved the experience!
The walk to the first pool
Was so beautiful! The education from Mowgli the guide was so great! He kept a smile on his face the whole time and great energy! We also had our own Paparazzi with us… Kevin took the most beautiful pictures and made sure we captured the best moments along the way! The experience of the three pools, the zip lining and coming over the fear of jumping in was exciting! This was the first excursion of our trip and the one we talked about the whole time! The tequila tasting was an added plus… make sure you take some money to buy amazing tequila! We had great tacos that were included and bought some margaritas to cool down! They have even more food for purchase if you need it! The day was beautiful and fun!

Thé driver picked us up in a timely fashion. We enjoyed the cenotes, tequila tasting, Mayan snack and the explanation they gave about the Mayan culture and cooking. While we were eating our tacos, there was Mayan entertainment provided. I liked that we got what we expected and a few perks thrown in like margaritas served at one of the cenotes. Our cenote guide, Matt (Mati), was very friendly and enthusiastic. We enjoyed talking to him. My only negative would be that when the driver picked us up, he didn’t identify the name of the tour, nor smile, nor say good morning. It doesn’t leave a good first impression. It would also be helpful to know how long the drive will be to the starting point of the tour.

This was a very organized and fun adventure! Pick up was at 9:30 am, we got back around 3 pm. They communicated via WhatsApp. They have this cool camp set up where you stay on property for the whole time. We went to two Cenotes, had drinks at the second one (margaritas, sodas, waters - one each included), then went back to the camp for Ziplines. We had a photographer follow us who took over 100 pics. Our tour guide told us a bit about Cenotes and Mayan culture. We then went back to the restaurant and had two tacos each which were delicious! Pics were digital with one print and cost $69. Extra drinks were 2 margs for $10. Suggest bringing a water shoes, towel, change of clothes. Nice break from the sun. Overall great price for a really fun day!

A nice day out, however not really as described.
The reasons for giving it 3 stars are as follows:
We are first time travellers to cancun and when the trip said the experience was in the Cancun area we were keen to go. However, approx 2 hours of the 5 and half hour experience was travelling time.
The experience advertised paddleboarding, but what we got was one board and no paddle between a group of 4 and was told that the cenote isn't really big enough for paddleboarding. The cenotes themselves were lovely, but we booked for the paddleboarding aspect; having already visited a different cenote a few days earlier.
The ziplining was actually quite fun, and staff very friendly, but everything felt rushed.
A photographer followed us around taking photos. When we saw the price of them later whilst eating our 2 mini tacos (included lunch) and were astounded. We didn't purchase. Same with the tequila. I also felt that having paid an adult price for my 12 Yr old, it would have been nice to have a non alcoholic drink for him, as he didn't have fun while watching the adults drink.
I felt that overall the trip was overpriced, given there are many others available.
