We went with John Shappell and it was such an incredible trip with a great guide! The turtles were awesome and John was the kindest and most patient host!

My family loved this kayaking adventure. Andreas was or guide. He was high energy and full of information. We paddled out, saw turtles, fish and overall had a great time. My kids are 13 and 15. They had no issues handling the kayak and really enjoyed it. We had cell phone cases to protect our phones and got some great pictures.

I went on this tour and was a little nervous as the only non-swimmer. But my family was very excited and have kayaked more than I have. Kayaking was fun and when it came to snorkeling JOHN was AWEEEESOME He took TONS of pictures and video for us and also was SO helpful and made me feel SOOO comfortable in the water and I was able to snorkel!!!!! This was exciting!!!! It was something I didn't think I could do and I did it! John had snacks for us as well. The only small issue was arrival --we went to the wrong parking lot and there was also construction and we were right there at the location but there was no sign were we were and he keep repeating the same directions. When someone is lost I say "what do you see" as they are unfamiliar with the area and probably missing details I am familiar with. We arrived early and were literally two steps away .. Repeating the same directions can be frustrating. I almost didn't book this took because I was confused by the tour that was available --I know there fire but it isn't clear on the website if that tour is in operation --it says call and when I did the man was a bit short --I could be wrong but I think it was the same person for directions. The tour was AWESOME and John was patient and OUTSTANDING. But maybe be more patient to people calling in as it would be sad for anyone to miss out on this great tour. LOVED LOVED LOVED it.

Andres was our tour guide. He was fun, super helpful, and patient. We saw lots of turtles and fish at the snorkel spot. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view of Maui ocean on kayak. We saw a lot of turtles at the snorkeling location. Tour guide was informative and funny.

We absolutely loved this experience! Andreas was an excellent guide, so helpful and knowledgeable.
Snorkelling with Turtles was a highlight and the kayaking was so nice.

Andres made this adventure super fun and safe. We saw so many turtles! It was a perfect morning for seeing them and being out on the ocean. Definitely recommend Andres as a tour guide - he has a ton of experience. When the waves got choppy at the end he made sure everyone knew how to safely land the kayaks. And his restaurant recommendations were good, too!

John effectively taught us how to safely kayak and snorkel. He was sensitive to each of our needs.

We saw dolphins and turtles. We had to work to stay away from the turtles. The spinner dolphins stayed close as we paddled to the turtles.

We each took home memories for a lifetime.

My friend and I had a wonderful time kayaking and swimming with the turtles.
Our guide Andres was very good with the younger ones in our group, and he was educational, patient and funny. He truly enjoys his tours and it's contagious!
The pictures were great and he gave some good local tips as well.
I will choose this tour again. Mahalo!
