When you book a private transportation, you do not have to worry about the hassle of waiting for a large bus to get full before you can get to your hotel. There is no stopping at multiple locations before you get to where you are going.

When I arrived the driver was nowhere to be found, and it took over an hour after I arrived for me to leave the airport. I walked up and down the area looking for a sign with my name and I eventually had to call the number listed and they told me the driver was waiting for me in a specific location. When I went to the location, they were not there. 10 minutes later, the coordinator found me and said it would be 3 minutes to wait on the driver. It eventually took 15+ more minutes of waiting in the heat for me to get my ride.
Once in the car I was not offered any of the amenities listed (such as water or WiFi), so the listing was misleading.

Excellent service which I highly recommend!!! Just came back from a family reunion and used ETransfer for all 17 of us in their 2015 Toyota mini bus. Driver was ready with a sign and waited for us to get thru immigration. Very friendly and punctual. Return trip from hotel to airport was also timely, and easy. Emanual was always available by phone to handle any questions. Will use them again next time we are in DR!

Good service, the employee was waiting with a sign with my name just after exiting the terminal. The only point I would improve is communication, specially with the return trip, they should include a WhatsApp number to properly coordinate, since it can take a while to respond through the Viator app.

The service we received was exceptional—5 stars! We booked a round trip transfer, and our arrival pickup from Punta Cana airport was promptly available. We enjoyed a private van with cold AC, perfect for our family of five. For our departure, the pickup was 15 minutes early, ensuring we arrived at the airport three hours before our flight, which we prefer. Email confirmations were replied to within 24 hours, providing us with peace of mind. Despite arranging a round trip transfer, we appreciated the convenience of paying separately for arrival and departure on the respective days. We will definitely be using E-Transfers for all our future trips to Punta Cana. Highly recommend!!!

My party was 30 people, all traveling into Punta Cana on different flights, airlines, and times. It was easy to book 10+ transfers on the E-transfers website. I got a confirmation email for each booking and Emanuel was extremely communicative over Whatsapp leading up to and during the airport pickups and drop offs. They accommodated flight delays as well.
I asked guests who were arriving around the same time to meet up at the E-transfers pickup desk and they were able to travel to our house in groups of 5, 6, and even 18 people at a time.
Emanuel texted me when each group of guests arrived and kept me updated throughout. Everyone made it easily and safely to our house.
Drivers were all nice and even arrived early to pick us up for our return trip to the airport (again, we had different groups being picked up at different times).
I would absolutely use E-transfers again for any future trips to Punta Cana.

Great experience using E-transfers. Even when our flight was delayed for several hours I was able to contact the tour operator and when we arrived in Punta Cana my name was clearly displayed at the pick up area right outside the doors as you exited the airport. The bus was very spacious for the 4 of us.
For our return transfer I contacted the tour operator and she got back to me within 24 hours before we left the hotel to confirm our pick up time. The driver was waiting for us at the front entrance of the lobby to take us to the airport. The van was clean and AC worked well. Both drivers were friendly and helpful loading and unloading our luggage. Both spoke limited English but tried their best to communicate with us. They were very appreciative of the tip we gave them.
I will definitely use their services again in the future. I strongly recommend their services.
