Entrance tickets to the Museum of Anthropology

Our tickets purchased thru trip advisor were not accepted . We had to purchase tickets at the museum. We have not received a refund. I would highly recommend not using Trip advisor when purchasing any type of ticket!

Bought tickets never delivered. I had to buy duplicates at the gate. A very convoluted system that was not responsive to my needs, but took my money anyway. Very disappointed with TA

The sale of tickets on the Museum's official website is a scam, you make the payment and never receive the tickets, neither on the website nor in your email. Don't be scammed and buy your ticket at the museum box office. Upset....

I have never received the tickets as the email did not have attachment neither me and then my husband could not get it from the app. So it caused unnecessary stress and it was not a big hassle to buy the tickets directly at the museum. Shame on Trip advisor for overcharging for the tickets that were not even issued. Never again I will be misled…

We bought our tickets tickets the anthropology museum in Mexico City thru TripAdvisor.
We cou never open the email to retrieve our tickets. Therefore, we had to buy our tickets at the counter. To our surprise, THEY WERE ONLY $5.
The museum is a must see. Just buy the tickets at the museum.
They refused to give us a refund.
A BIG RIPOFF!
