Let me just start by saying that the gentleman who drove the boat was fabulous. However, I have never had an issue with the Viator app. When you look on the tours, they give you a maximum amount of people that are on that tour. When I booked this tour on CAPTAIN AGO, it said six people. assuming a semi private if you are two people that would be a semi private. However, I had six of us to book the tour which should have been a private. And it was not. The woman I dealt with was horrible. She said that when she advertised that on Viator, it’s after each person books they go back on the site a relist the tour with what seats are left! Total misrepresentation. If anyone books this tour through CAPTAIN AGO beware!!!!! oh, and the snacks that they say they are giving…. its bags of chips. We had one bottle of Prosecco and some soda. The water was horribly rough and we were given no option to take a land tour. Very disappointed in this tour.
