I never received a barcode for this event, although I asked for one many times. At the ticket office, they would not accept the confirmation number and booking reference, without the barcode. I would like my money back.

The part of skipping the one was great, however the material provided by the tour operator for the self guided tour was very weak. There was not a lot of content at all. I would suggest adding a few more slides of history.

The castle & gardens are spectacular. We’re not sure how beneficial the skip-the-line tickets were, as the long line was security — ticket entrance was a minimal line. The digital guide shared had very nominal info, didn’t provide a map nor any insights so it was of very limited value.

So we purchased skip the line, however there was NO LINE, and admission on Sunday is free. Complete waste of money and scam BEWARE!

Good experience. Beautiful place and very organized. Would recommend to other family members. Long walk to get to the castle though

Super easy. Got tickets via WhatsApp. Also it was great because we went at a time no one was there so getting in was easier. When we were leaving the line was long to get tickets scanned.

I usually never review but given their provider response I feel it’s important. The castle did not accept our skip a line tickets on Saturday it was a busy day we arrive at the designated time. Once I told the provider we had to stand in line as it’s not worth paying an additional fee to please refund the castle said it was not valid to skip a line. The provider said no and was in discord of my experience. I had a very tight agenda that Saturday due to a private event I am attending from out of the country.

Accessing our tickets was a bit complicated/confusing, be sure to click on the tab to contact your tour guide to find your actual ticket.
But the castle is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I would love to go back when I have more time to spend there.

Stunning murals and stained glass. Hike up the hill is not for the unfit or infirmed. There is a lift for those unable to make the climb. Worth it for the view and interiors. A very interesting story told in both English and Spanish. Chapultepec Park is also lovely. Combine this with the park, the zoo and the museum and you can spend the whole day here. Wasn’t crowded at all in June. Our friends would’ve liked a trolley bus to the top!
