The pass was so simple to use and great for first-time visitors to London. All the places we wanted to visit were on the pass, so it made planning our trip so easy!

Worst experience ever. They falsely advertise that you can skip the line, as well as that you can schedule some tours, which in reality are not possible. If you're smart, avoid them

This was our first visit to London so we wanted to visit as many sites as possible without breaking the bank too much.
The pass is super easy to use - download the app & link your tickets. The pass is activated when it's scanned at the first attraction.
Attractions visited in the day:
Westminster Abbey
Uber Boat by Thames Clipper
The View from the Shard ( needs to be pre-booked through the link on the London Pass website)
Tower Brigde
Tower of London
I also managed to get a souvenir guide from the Natural History Museum as the pass was still active the next morning, which I was really happy about.
If we'd bought everything separately, it would have cost £144.80 each. I paid £85 each for the passes as they were on offer, so I made a big saving. We also didn't feel that we had to spend hours at each attraction to justify the entrance fee and so were able to fit more into the day. It's definitely great value for money and something I would use again.

Great value for money. We had no problems using the pass and really enjoyed the immense savings. There were no instances where we were made to queue just because we were using the pass.

Here are the 7 things Go City never tells you before you purchase any of their All Included passes:

1) You will be relegated to second-class Standard (i.e., long lines) status at busy top London attractions like The Eye. So you will suffer huge crowded lines in outdoor conditions for a very long time compared to those visitors who pay for Fast Pass Entry.

2) Some attractions that require advance bookings will actually never return your multiple, way-in-advance calls or emails like the Benjamin Franklin House so these are "phantom" attractions where you'll never actually be able to use your Go City Pass.

3) You can only use your Pass once at any given attraction, even if you've purchased a Pass for a long duration, such as 2 weeks.

4) Go City allows some of the attractions to post completely misleading photos and headlines about their respective tours. There is one particular London Sights tour company that features a 5 hour tour of all the top sights together with a prominent photo of a double-decker bus and absolutely no mention of the fact that this is a 5-hour WALKING tour, which is excessive for any walking tour anywhere in the world.

5) Go City Customer Service is located in India, not locally. So don't expect much local knowledge if you need to contact them.

6) You can get a ticket for the Uber Boat with a Go City Pass, but you can also board using a London Transit Oyster Card or even less expensively, the Uber app.

7) Many of the tours like the Music or James Bond tours are only offered infrequently and not necessarily every week.

I bought a 4 day pass for London. But after 2,5 days, it stopped working. Repeated phone calls and emails but absolutely no response from the company.
Zero customer service if you face an issue.
No one picks the phone and there is no response on email or chat window.
Pathetic service and after sales support

While it saves you money if you see enough sites, you are often waiting in long lines for London pass holders, while people who booked a timed ticket online walk right past you. Also, if it rains (for example on the hop-on/off bus) you have less rights to ride another day. We jumped on a few things just to try to get our money’s worth (e.g. a river cruise that we took from London Eye literally one stop across the river to The Tower), but we wouldn’t have done that without the pass. In the end, I probably would have preferred booking timed combination tickets for some sites. But that’s just me! Friends of mine loved the Pass.

A lot of the attractions required a bookings that may be sold out in the time your London Pass is active, if you buy it in the time you arrive in London. Choose carefully the attractions, in order to make it worth the money you invested.

London Pass gave us the opportunity to visit many place we never tought before. The Uber boat experience was the best. It was easy the reach far way place, like O2 Arena, in Glasgow. We hope in the future more attractions can be included, like the chair lift also in Glasgow.

I highly recommend the London Pass for 2 days!
