Booked these tickets month ago for a tour tomorrow at 3.30pm. We fly in the morning. This outfit has cancelled them today!!! No explanation and no way I can get tickets now at such short notice. Don’t use this company!

I've waited a very long time to see the Sistine Chapel and it was everything I thought it would be. I looked up onto the ceiling and just sobbed from joy. It was beautiful and all the stories were painted to make it. Unfortunately, pictures were not allowed. You'd just have to go and see for yourself. The Vatican Musuem as a whole is wonderful. We had had the best tour guide who brought all of the history to life.

Our guide was great and the tour was exactly how it was explained online! Our guide did a great job of explaining the history and what we were going to see in the chapel.

The tour was great but our tour guide never came back to take us us out tour groups exit so we got lost trying to find the rest of our group who were already outside

We did Skip the line but No guided tour.
They escort us through the line and got with no hassle. So in that regard very helpful.
A little confused with the meeting location.

We weren't able to get the tickets we purchased but the guide dealt with it very well. Tickets were given for a later time and a refund arranged promptly.
