The port was canceled due to dangerous weather conditions and the tour operator would only refund 50% of the amount paid, telling us to contact our insurance for the balance.
A tour operator advertising as a cruise tour should understand they are dealing with cruise ship passengers. This particular company does not offer a refund if the ship can't dock like most others.

Great trip. Guides were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Stopped and gave us history of the region as well as great photo spots. Served us warm drinks and local chocolate. Drank delicious water directly from the Milky river. Crew was so helpful and nice providing us all the gear for the trip. Recommend this for all.

This was a terrific trip by a terrific company. We were outfitted with all safety equipment and given clear instructions, then taken for an fantastic RIB boat ride to a beautiful national park. Once there, we had a chance to land, walk around, and even got a snack and drinks. When we came to their downtown office, they were even kind enough to give us a ride to the dock for the start of the tour! Definitely a great experience!

We had a great time! Beautiful scenery. Fun boat ride and super friendly guides. We saw a heard of reindeer and also many types of birds.

The wife and I were the only participants on the RIB. The boat pilot took us out and treated us wonderful. We saw whales and dolphins. The pilot slowed down and kept us close to the dolphins and whale. It’s was awesome!
