Clear Bottom Kayaks Mangrove Tour

We loved this excursion! I wish I could remember our guides name because he was great! We got to see so many sea turtles, grouper, puffer fish, a jelly fish, conch, and lemon sharks.

They give you a water proof bag for your belongings to take on the kayak and offer water.

I would recommend bringing goggles and a towel because you stop at a little cove and can swim. Also, would recommend wearing water shoes or shoes that you can be in and out of the water with.

I took 1 star off because the check in was a bit chaotic and unclear. We didn’t really know where to park our car or who to look for (look for the guys in the red shirts).

Our tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable! We saw tons of Turtles, 2 little sharks and conchs ! So friendly and highly recommend !!!

We had a great time with our guide, Marcus. We booked it the night before and happy to show up the next morning to get on the kayaks. We were ready to paddle, but fortunately they had a small boat to pull us into the mangroves. From there we did paddle and got to see a stingray, two small lemon sharks, baby puffer fish, birds, and several sea turtles. My nieces and nephew (ages 8-13) were scared of snorkeling so this was a great way to see the animals close up. Marcus even showed us a jellyfish and live conch!

Our group of 4 had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Marcus, was so nice and very informative! We saw lots of wildlife - sea turtles, conch, iguanas, fish and even a few lemon sharks! Very cool experience and would recommend to everyone - even those with little kayaking experience!

Great activity for a visit to the Turks. The clear bottom kayak along with an opportunity to float through the mangroves is a unique experience. It’s a little disorganized when you get to the location and the staff wasn’t very eager to find you, but that was a small detail.

We had a great time with Markus! He did a great job, He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He worked with our group of 12, all with different kayak experience. We would definitely do this trip again with Markus!

Best kayak experience ever. We saw sharks, turtles, lots of fish, conch, hermit crabs and some other cool things. Definitely recommend doing this trip. It wasn’t a lot of paddling either which was nice. It was pretty relaxing but also an amazing experience

Our tour guide, Marcus was the best tour guide anyone could ask for!

He knew a lot about the island and wild life. He was resourceful, prepared, and gave us an experience we will always remember.

We had my 80 year old grandmother and this was her first kayak experience. He took exceptional care of her. We felt like she was safe and well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back here again!

We had a great adventure with our guide, Ted. This was our first time kayaking so we were unexperienced, but he was patient with us. Ted was great at pointing out the different sea animals and making sure we all saw them. We had a nice sized group and he worked very hard to make sure we had a good experience. I would recommend putting all devices in the dry bag provided as there was only one for our group of nine and we were expecting one each. Those that could not fit their purses into the one bag had damage to their devices. The bag is a nice size so two would have sufficed. Nonetheless, Ted was an amazing guide with great strength to pull us along in our kayaks and help us ladies get out of them at the end. Enjoy the adventure and ask for Ted!
Tip: Remember to tip the guides for their great service. We were exhausted when we returned to land and miscalculated our tip. We wished we had time to return to give more because Ted deserved it!

We had a great time! I was concerned about paddling for two hours but to our surprise, Edwin, our amazing guide, stopped to for a break where we saw a puffer fish and held a conch. During our trip we saw a baby shark (they are not aggressive!), and a stingray came right up to and under our kayak! It was a fantastic trip! Edwin is a wonderful, very knowledgeable guide!
