Driver didn't come to pick up us, we waited more than 1 hour, although we was at meeting point before the agreed timing.
And until now we didn't get any refund for the trip

I have taken many guided tours, but never been driven from stop to stop when our guide pressed "play" on a generic, pre- recorded tour. It was particularly disappointing that we had five hours in Florence and wasted 30 minutes waiting for the company to find our guide and another 10 minutes or so to find the golf cart keys. And then to be guided by audio tape.

An amazing way to see an overview of Florence. We came from a cruise only for 5 hours of visiting. My brother does not walk well and the dropped us at our final meeting point.

Our driver, I forgot his name sorry, (he was a student from Iran studying economics) was fantastic, what a lovely chap. The tour was brilliant, we loved it all. We knew we would not see a lot of Florence on foot due to mobility issues but this way, we feel like we saw loads. Would recommend.

We wanted to go to the Piazelle Michaelangelo overlooking the city. We had been in Florence several days and had seen most of the areas, but the driver shared some new areas as well.

Enjoyed our tour around Florence. Great way to get a feel for the city and learn a bit about the history. Our guide was born and raised in Florence and took great pride in introducing us to it. Added the extra time to go up to Michelangelo Square and the views were amazing.

We had a tour with Simone’ in March 2024 and it was a great way to get a layout and history of the city. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, which also made for a good tour. I would highly recommend this tour!

The guide was great, but they didn't have our booking, so we started 15 minutes late and had to phone the company.
As I say, the guide was lovely, but we only visited three sites, which I don't feel was worth the price.
It's like we were rushed, even though starting late wasn't our fault.
This experience wasn't worth nearly 100€ for two people.
