Fun activity to enjoy with family. Tour timing was perfect wish more beach time was allocated because beach is beautiful. Very muddy!!

Buggy ride was super fun! Our guide was excellent. Coffee/cacao house, quick cave dive and stop at beach. BYO mouth covering/handkerchief ((I think you can buy them there) and sunglasses. Be sure to wear clothing and shoes (sandals/flip flops are ok) you don’t mind getting dirty!

Sooo I'm upset with the excursion for a few reasons... we had to wait 2+hrs once we got the the drop off where the buggys were located, once we're finally rolling we don't even get 5mins into the ride and we pull over for them to sell us coffee and hot chocolate etc... Then once at the river cave they gave us like maybe 10mins but I heard someone say 5 mins 😒 so I rushed down to swim in it for 2 seconds and to get a photo... but mind you everyone at that stop is trying to sell you things as well so time goes too fast to enjoy cave... then my BIGGEST disappointment is after all that were thinking we're going to ride on the beach and get photos in the buggy on the right by the ocean right? NO we parked maybe half a mile away and had to walk over to the beach.... WHY DO YALL ADVERTISE THE PHOTOS OF THE BUGGYS ON THE BEACH IF WE DON'T ACTUALLY DRIVE THE BUGGY ON TO THE BEACH? So yea other than that it was alil fun driving thru the mud and the beach was beautiful, just disappointed with the false advertisement and the other things I mentioned, oh and I could have swore I saw they offered food I think but no... they don't even give water... 😐

The tour was 2 hours not 4 hours and it was very rushed. Macao beach was beautiful, but we were not allowed to enjoy it or eat at the beach. The cave is just a cave, no river and nothing else but a cave with a body of water in the middle of a little community. We had to jump in and get out. Maybe other tours are better organized but this specific tour was not. The ATVs were a lot of fun but kept getting yelled for little things.

Mud mud and more mud. Guides were helpful; locations were beautiful. Great value for the money. Can't wait to see our video!

It was dangerous and sad the ppl was begging for money u can’t enjoy yourself. I paid for videos and never received the video to my email they scammed me out of my money. Will never go back also they didn’t provide life jackets for river and to many buggies need maintenance. One buggies oil exposed and burnt my daughter smh

They combined several large groups! Horrible decision! Waste of money. When we barely got time to drive they would make us stop at different places to spend more money. They make you pay for a life jacket at the cave $2, so if you can’t swim or bring cash don’t even bother. Several women an children along the trails that can just walk up on your buggy asking for money.

So much fun driving the buggy thru the mud and along the roads! The cave jump was brisk but fun. Unfortunately we couldn't go to the beach (calling for bad weather) but we had fun for our half day excursion

The buggys were super fun. We paid an upgraded price to use a better buggy. Best part is one of the guides took us personally off the trail to another massive trail of mud puddles. I was drenched amd muddy, hubby was happy 😁. Buggy experience was worth it. Cave was ok but they made a small village of pushy vendors around the entrance which soured the experience. Finally we were supposed to go to Macao beach, which is also on the bucket list when we visit DR, however the guides said it was closed due to damage or dirt. Our hotel excursion guide said he didnt hear anything of the sort. Who knows...sad I missed it though.
Overall thanks to Chocolate and Omega for making it a great buggy ride.
