The website claims you can get a ferrari experience, but then it turns out the car isn’t available. I was told that I was sent an email letting me know the car was out, but I didn’t receive any email of the sort. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the 5 star ratings are all fake and the whole thing is a scam. Don’t buy this.

We arrived on time as directed in front of the Hollywood 66 for a 50 minute Ferrari ride to see Hollywood sights, and the Hollywood sign. It my daughter and I on vacation and the tour was to be a surprise for her but it turned out to be a surprise for both of us. After waiting for 30 minutes before and after 12 noon as specified. I spoke with the shop owner at the Hollywood 66 who indicated the Ferrari rides was closed and that he was aware the website was still up taking orders. At that time I responded to the confirmation text that I received the day before as a reminder of the event with no response I also called the number for the driver or company, exotic car tours, and there was no answer and no one has returned the call.

I havent taken it reserved and it was closed . Im still waiting on my refund! I called yesterday and it was no help. Called again today and no answer

Our tour guide and driver was amazing. He was very patient. I’ll definitely recommend this ride for everyone.

Great experience and highly recommended, the car is amazing and the tour guide Khalil is very nice, attentive and know how to take the best pictures of the Hollywood sign.
