I did the great ocean tour with Raquel. From the moment we met her, she was warm and welcoming. Throughout the day, she was approachable, kind and informative. Honestly would rate this tour and tour company 10 out of 10. Shout out to raquel for being kind, energetic and the best guide ever!!!!! As a solo traveller from Ireland, I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Everything was great! The tour guide, Raquel, was friendly and helpful. A must-go to try the helicopter ride to see the 12 Apostles. It was fantastic! I would definitely join Go west tour again!

We were a family of 5 (young adult children) and had a great experience on this tour. Jacqui was seriously the perfect host for our group. Easygoing, knowledgeable, punctual and a great sense of humour. A spontaneous helicopter flight meant that I was able to tick off 2 bucket list items on the same day - 12 Apostles & the helicopter joy flight. Best day EVER! Thank you, Go West.

A unique experience for life. The communication, treatment and timing were perfect. Terry was an excellent guide, he explained many interesting things about Great Ocean Road and was always very attentive to each of the people in the group so that everyone had an excellent tour. This was a fabulous day. The small group feature was great. Our driver Rob was exceptional, he told us a lot of history of each area, and also told us ahead to get our camera ready when something was coming up. It might seem like a long day but I felt that I got more than my moneys worth. Highly recommend
