We’re are a group of 10+ with young kids, so safety is our utmost concern. Sufficient coaches were assigned to take care of our group to ensure all kids are well taken care of. One of our kids got scared when he got to the highest point and want to withdraw, coaches were experienced in handling the situation and eventually all of us were about to finish the entire ride. It was truly an amazing experience for us. While all the coaches were great, Ericsson looked after our group well. It is arguably the best and safest zip line park in Phuket!

Views were amazing, zip lines were fun and filled me with adrenaline. Roller was fast and entertaining. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys nature and loves excitement.

We took plan c+ . 1 adult 2 children age 6 and 8 at 13 oclock . Didnt notice it was only 3 zip line. It was to hot to do the sky walker. The roller was good. But very safe and well orginized

Not worth it
The activities are overrated
There is no air conditioning area
They do not have the courtesy to offer water
When we finished the zip-line we were left for 15 minutes no one is talking to us until i talked to the manager and he had to instruct people to tKe us to rollercoaster, apparently they forgot us
When we finish our ride is not ready and he were parked in the heat and humidity for more than one hour and the manager respond when asked, i do not have an answer when the car is coming it is not our responsibility we only call the company
So i paid extra 1,400 to be parked for one hour in humidity and hot weather
They are definitely not organizer or property managed

This place was so much fun!! A must visit when you're in Phuket. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time going through the courses. Blue & Joker and the rest of the team were so friendly, funny and helpful!! Even though you’re completely safe, it’s still a bit scary jumping off the platforms for the zip lines. We had an absolute blast 👍👍👍

Staff so nice and kind. All enviroment is chill. Next time must try all platforms.
