Absolutely awful company avoid at all costs. Pre booked transfer online prior to travelling and was provided a price of $120us for a return journey from the airport Riu resort and back at the end of our holiday.
Upon arrival they were nowhere to be seen and no transfer was waiting for us, after making enquiries an employee appeared and told us the car was on the way and we had to wait, it took 30mins for the car to arrive. At this point our cases were loaded and a payment of $150us was requested when I told them the agreed price online was $120 he simply said the online price didn't include extras, after sowing our confirmation email that the agreed price was all in and there was no mention of extra charges they reluctantly accepted the agreed $120us and took us to our hotel.
When the time came to come home I messaged the company the day prior to confirm the pick up time only for my message to be ignored, I sent multiple messages via the wats app number on the day of our departure but despite this they did not turn up for our return journey. They simply left us at our hotel and we had to resort to arranging alternative transport to the airport which resulted in us almost missing our flight home.
This is a thieving, dishonest and crooked company who are just out to scam you, avoid them like the plague........

Reservations said round trip and it was ONLY ONE WAY!! Should be more precise in add for transfer to and from airport.

Waited almost 30 minutes for our driver. Spoke to him 4 times and kept telling us 5 minutes, 2 minutes and at the end was at the lobby which he wasn’t. Was lucky enough to get a ride with another transfer company. Never again!

Horrific experience. We had 2 incidents with this company. 1. Due to a delay at the hotel checkout we boarded the transportation van 20min late. The driver proceeded to fight and harass us (a group of 7 women) demanding we pay him a “fee” for being late. I told him I had no problem paying fee via Viator, yet he called his boss who also harassed us on speaker phone because they wanted the money paid directly to them. Because we did not comply the driver became enraged and drove recklessly all the way to the airport. He ran red lights, drove on the wrong side of the road and nearly crashed multiple times while laughing and taunting us when we asked for him to slow down. At the airport he purposely left us at the wrong terminal and threw our luggage off the van.
2. The van that picked us up was not the one pictured. It was a white van that was run down and would shut off when it was going through speed bumps.
I believe because we were all women they thought they could get away with such behavior. I have reported the driver and company and they should no longer be in business.

Nothing special here older model vehicle but got me to the hotel safely. OK vehicle was run down a bit, could have been cleaner, inappropriate music in my opinion, and I wasn't to receptive to them constantly trying to sale me something.

Adderly is simply amazing. As someone in a foreign country who only speaks English, my friend and I felt safe and catered to. Customer service was top notch and our pickup was always on time. Julio was our first driver and he was just gracious and simply the best. Our second driver, despite not speaking English at all was very professional and accommodating. I had a safe trip thanks to Silky Sands Tours. Bless you Adderly
