The experience did not exist. We went down to the river, and there was security there saying there were no cruises that day after the ceremonies! I understand there was much confusion, but someone should’ve notified of this.

Cancelled due to Olympics. Never got notified. I know it’s not Viator’s fault but it was still disappointing to travel so far and have no events.

Our trip was cancelled on 3 July and I have still not received the promised refund! I understand it's not Victor's fault the river was closed but they took the money from my account immediately and I have messaged several times and had no response.

We were unable to find the starting location in time for our reservation. We attempted to use it the following morning before but again, did not arrive in time from our hotel. Although the tickets remain valid for a month, tourists cannot take advantage of it. I suggest not purchasing tickets ahead of time.

My partner and I had a splendid time on our night cruise, aboard the Bateaux Mouches! He was hesitant and downplayed my idea, but when we finally cruised, he too, enjoyed himself! If you come to Paris, you must see The Eiffel Tower, lit up at night! It was a bit chilly, on the way back to the dock, after the ship turned, but was to be expected.

Great cruise- goes slowly, wonderful picture opportunity. Saw Eiffel Tower sparkle at the end. The boat is big and there are always available seats!

This tour is a great value for your money. It will go through all the most important landmarks of Paris with a pre-recorded explanation in several languages (I could count at least 4 languages) It is context driven, the recordings are released when the time of the structures at the bank of river is near the boat. This is a huge boat with two decks and I chose to sit on the upper one. In June it was really cold! Bring jackets if planning in sitting on the upper deck. I do recommend it.

The tour allowed us to see a lot. Yet, we didn’t know some of the historic sights because it wasn’t personalized to my language. I’ll read the fine print next time.

The chaos getting onto the ship almost caused me to turn around a leave. Once getting through the ticket checkpoint you wait in a group for the next boat, totally fine. However, once the gates opened to board people were shoving! There were elderly and people with babies and little ones, it was terrifying being pushed and feeling out of control. Staffing to get people on the boat really should be part of this excursion. Once on the boat no safety measures were given and the narration is in 4 languages, hard to hear and didn’t seem to give much information. Some of the problem could be that it was a night cruise, everyone stood to take pics and it was like a social media clicking frenzy!! When we purchased tickets we were given an option for a time, we chose a time and assumed there would be some control of how many for a time slot. It did not seem that way. The views along the Siene were beautiful…what we could see.
