The actual para sailing easy 5 out of 5 , once you get there it’s super organized and smooth process, all the people are extremely helpful. The organization is 2 out of 5 if you are doing the ocean side viator sends you to aqua world which is for the lagoon side ONLY, you need to go to the grand fiesta villas hotel no where does it tell you this on the booking. Also parking is extremely limited if you are not a guest it’s hard to parks, once you enter the hotel you need to exit the hotel go to the beach and take a left you will find a canopy there with the setup.

Firstly, the lift was no way close to 30 minutes - realistically 15 minutes which is secondly, okay. It’s a lull not a thriller but enjoyable all the same. The crew works for tips, offer bottled water, and snap photos. Definitely a must do while in Cancun.

The event was canceled 3 hours before it was to begin because of bad weather. I truly appreciated their message. They said they would refund the payment. I will be very happy when they do so.

This was an AWESOME experience....I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND....the guys on the boat were super nice...they even dropped my pictures off to my hotel later that day.....there is NO BETTER view of Cancun than this....

We were not able to enjoy parasailing this trip. As it was cancelled once we arrived to the location. No one called to advise us. Trying to get the refund as difficult as the representative wasn't very helpful. The next person whom we spoke with was very helpful. Previous trip was great.

Being in the air floating in the sky was very relaxing and enjoyable. I was a little nervous at first but the crew prepared me for what to expect. Would highly recommend!

Did the skyrider it was very comfortable easy for any age.
The views were amazing.
Felt very safe from beginning to end. I'll be back in May with my mother For Mother's Day. For another amazing adventure🪂🪂
