We meet you 1 hour before the sunrise in order to drive to see the crew prepares the balloon to take of, you will have the chance to witness how a hot air balloon inflates.
Once we take of, this trilling experience lasts approximately on hour. As the wind gives the direction to the balloon, you will travel through the spectacular valleys of Cappadocia and even get so near to volcanic formations and the fairy chimneys.
As long as the the weather allows, hot air balloon flight can be done during all year.
You will get full refund if we can not fly due the weather conditions.

This experience is 100% worth it! The pilot Ibrahim and his co-pilot Serpil were great. The service is amazing and the views are unforgettable. Definitely recommend flying with Discovery balloons. (Also they had the nicest croissants for breakfast)

Everything was spot on, Very nice people who did everything to give us a great experience. The organization are professional and personal. They pick you up from your hotel and then they offer a nice snack/ fruit station.
The safety was number 1 priority for them.
And captain Ibrahim was excellent.

Everything is sorted beforehand by WhatsApp. For the flight, Discovery picks you up at the hotel and drops you afterwards. They serve you breakfast before the flight and sparkling wine to celebrate the safe landing (cake and orange juice to go with), a tradition started by the first balloon flyers.
Opposite to other operators, Discovery flights won't be so crowded! 16 people instead of 20 or 24 in the basket so that everyone has good sights / views.
We were lucky to fly with Yuksel! A captain with over 4000+ flights. He was very nice, professional and funny, making you feel safe throughout.
