The show was boring & not many lights. This package is a waste; all you get is a driver; not even a bottle of water. I could have gotten an Uber for much cheaper. Would not recommend to anyone.

We were picked up on thing by the tour operator. There were so many people trying to sell souvenirs but don’t buy until you come out of the show because they give discounts( one scarf from $2.00 down to $1.00 ). Close to the entrance the place was so dirty and smelly but the sitting area ( open air) it’s not too bad. First come first serve to the seats and the documentaries are no better than the ones seen on tv.

We had a terrible experience with this company and the representative. We booked a Sound and Light show through Viator and it was confirmed. On the say of the show we tried to get in contact with the company via Whatsapp to confirm the pickup time. We were then told that the show was cancelled due to Eid. He then offered to give us a city tour instead that was fine with us. What a city tour it was. A stop at a Papyrus shop, then he wanted to take us to a perfume shop and then a cotton shop. We made it very clear from the beginning that we do not want to shop. It is not our first time to Egypt. He got upset and took us back to the hotel. Not even an hour!

I immediately got in contact with Viator and the refunded my money. They also offered to book the Sound and Light show again for a different date. What happened? They booked through the same company! A repeat of what happened but this time the guide/owner was extremely rude and told me that the show is not on. I send him prove after the hotel helped me that the show was actually on. It ruined my next tour because I had to battle with Viator to get the refund. This company is not serious about their business. If a show is not on because of any reason, then they should update their availability and make it not possible for people to book. But, what I realized is happening. They do not update the calendar and do not confirm until the grace period of 24 hours have passed to cancel for a full refund. If you are serious about your business, be professional and do your part.

The guide did speak good Spanish.

I was very satisfied with the agency. Constant information about booking. and even if there is a delay due to pickup. No hidden costs. I can only recommend it

Impressive was that an „event“ was sold for which the tickets were not included - and that finally didn’t even happen! The operator told us that he is only there for the transfer (which we didn’t even requested), not for the tickets, although the tickets were what we wanted by buying this „event“. Later we found out that the event was cancelled, but didn’t get the money back, because the operator said it’s beyond his control, he offered us to bring us somewhere else instead. This was a big disappointment!

I used this service for the Light Show and for Airport Taxi. Both times they did a good job, were on time and driver's were very good. No loud, banging or rude music.

Seeing the pyramids in the dusk was very cool. A crescent moon and store were in perfect alignment with the pyramid.

Great show, but we arrived in time and the show was in Spanish which meant getting radios for the translation that took 10 mins both at the grinning and end which meant missing some of the show

Our guided tour with Mido on behalf of Emo Tours was not quite satisfactory . The only place that we had to visit with him was the light and sound show at Sphinx, so he took us to various local stores vis-a-vis a perfume shop, a jewellery shop and a papyrus museum before going there, despite our unwillingness to engage in such activities. Though we could save ourselves from buying stuff from the first two places, we were highly misguided when it came to the papyrus museum. We were almost forced to buy a papyrus scroll after tremendous bugging from the shop authorities. It was clear that these places give high commissions to guides, if their client buys anything from them. Eventually we ended up buying a very small papyrus scroll for quite a huge sum of money which we later clarified was available from other shops of same standard at two and half times less the price that we paid. Such experience is never commendable from tour operators and tourists must be aware from these fiascos. Also, websites that support these operators must know such practices.
