I booked this event two week ago before my trip. Once my trip was coming up. I didn't get no call, email, nothing.THE NEXT DAY. THEY DIDNT PICK ME UP FROM MY HOTEL.I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 7AM EVENT. I WAS IN THE LOBBY AT 6AM. THEY DONT COMMUNICATE AND ITS WAS A BDAY GIFT TO MYSELF. I WAS VERY HURT BY THAT.

Amazing experience! I went at 4:00pm local time and we had a very small group--just 5 of us plus the guide, boat captain, and photographer. I was initially concerned that our time would be cut short because some of the group was late arriving, but was pleasantly surprised that our tour did not seem to be cut short. We visited 5 "dive" spots--an undersea cenote, an area of seagrass where we were told we may get to see a sea turtle (we did), an installation of the underwater aquatic museum, an area of colorful reef, and a shipwreck. All places were teeming with colorful tropical fish in all shapes and sizes, and we saw sea turtles at several of the stops, as well as other marine life including starfish and stingrays. A couple of things worth noting--there was a lot of swimming involved (we didn't just stop in one area and float around leisurely), so it was kind of tiring at a couple of points for this out-of-shape fifty year old. Also the instructions were kind of light as far as how to breath and how to dive under water with the snorkel gear, or what to do if you got water in your tube (although to be honest, I figured this out naturally and so did the others in the group). The departure facility was clean, and there are restroom with private showers to rinse off and change at the end.

This tour was absolutely incredible. We had such a good time, the tour guide (pineapple) was amazing and the team was so friendly. This was our first snorkeling tour and we will definitely be doing it again.

Our group of 9 consisted of two separate families with teenagers and a pre-teen and adults. We had a great time and our guide Carlos was fantastic at checking on everyone and finding sea life for all of us to see. We saw sea turtles, puffer fish, sting rays, and various other sea life. The ship wreck was the teens favorite spot! The driver of the boat was also fantastic and so was the photographer. We booked the 7 am trip and were able to see the sunrise as we were checking in at the dock! We would do it again! The drivers to and from the dock were just as professional.

We were given a good introduction and saw turtles and lots of fish. Everyone was very friendly. The only downside was that we had to pay an additional €15 per person on site. So the event actually costs €75.

This was a great well organized tour. Carlos and his crew were great. We took the 7 am tour and it was worst it. We were the first and only boat out on the water at this time. The pick up and drop off at the hotel was well organized. The spots we visited were magical. We saw many turtles of many size and ages. A dream come true

Very good experience! The guide (daisy) was very good, helped us to find the amazing turtles (I saw 3) and 2 lobsters (I would have missed them). The captain (Juan iirc) was very nice too and the photographer Quique also did an amazing job and I ended up buying the photos and videos after watching them back in the dock. Only one small advice, the first stop (cenotes) wasn't very special and if you don't have a good physical condition try to not get exhausted in that one (some of the people with me went back early to the boat in the reef where I would have stayed for hours). However it's good to be there first to get used to the equipment.

The snorkel experience was amazing 5/5 and the crew is super attentive and great at guiding us. It was a bit of a stormy day and they offered us to do it on a different day after the first snorkel. That is without any additional fee. Thankfully, weather was ok enough to see fish and turtles.
However, what ruined the experience is that 3 days later we were still waiting for videos. The people selling you photos/videos are dishonest and disorganized. We paid $50 USD for both videos and photos package. Within 24 hours we had photos, but no videos despite the package stating we got both. Since we couldn’t decide if we wanted videos or photos we got both. Once we followed up after 2 days, the team said they’ll look into it. Next day we followed up again and got told we had to pay more. We said no and that it’s been paid for and I had to turn on my Canadian data plan and waste another $20 just to literally provide a screenshot of my credit card charges. They wanted us to go up there and waste our vacation time to provide this in person as well. Uber up there is like $20 USD one way.
After much back and forth of arguing with them on Whatsapp and callin, to get our videos that were being held hostage for no good reason, they finally sent them. 5/5 for the crew whom we tipped well because they did an incredible job and deserve it, but -500/5 for people working in the customer service department with videos and photos.
Honestly, this ain’t that hard to stay organized and be courteous to your own customers. We are your biggest referral machine!!! Again -500/5 for customer experience. You should be able to reference your own statements who paid for what and get people their photos/videos. Hire better customer experience managers and your business will grow exponentially. It’s so straight forward.

Nice staff with our guide Pili- cool snorkeling opportunities. The cenote was nothing much but the bless the sea monument and the shipwreck were cool. And Pili did a great job finding Turtles even though they were not so abundant that day.
