Our 2 day Inca Trail hike was amazing! Rolando was our guide and he made with experience unforgettable with his knowledge and willingness to get silly with us. We felt safe and supported through the entire trek. The Inca trail was an experience I will not soon forget!

Would highly recommend this tour and the Salkantay Trekking company.
Salkantay Trekking organised and communicated everything really well - there were no hiccups.
Franklin, our guide, was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting insights as we did the trek. He let us go at our own pace and was always happy to take photos of us.
He also helped us secure tickets to climb Wayna Picchu on our 2nd day which was really appreciated and also an amazing hike. I'm not sure we would've managed to get the tickets without him!

Wilo is amazing! He was so attentive and knew so much about Inca history. We saw the most beautiful sights! Macchu Picchu is gorgeous even in the cloudy rainy weather we had!

This experience was amazing! It was a challenging but beautiful hike, and despite some rain we still had a great time. The tour was super organized, and our guide Wilbert was extremely patient and committed to making sure we all have a great time.

Amazing trip! Difficult hike with rainy weather but our guide Wilo was so encouraging and patient! It was a great experience and we even got a view of Machu Picchu with no clouds at the very end

This tour was a very great adventure for us! Our tour guide Caesar explained a lot about history and nature and answered all our questions. During our journey he helped us to make the track in our own pace and we had enough time to take pictures at the best photo points. All in all the tour was very well organized and we can only recommend Salkantay Trekking. We also recommend the hiking to Machu Picchu as this avoids (as far as possible) the mass tourism coming by the busses and leaves a bit of the mystic. Thanks again to Caesar for the wonderful trip!

My partner and I did the Sacred Valley Tour in Peru with guide, Leo. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth, connecting to the culture and spirit of present day and ancient Incas. It’s a trip I would trade for the world and highly recommend Leo as a tour guide.

This is a must! Our experience was out of this world. Salkantay trekking is very professional and responsive. Our guide, Henry Mesicano, is the best. Very knowledgable (architecture, history, local culture, botanicals), great English, personable. Guided our family different abilities and he was able to keep us challenged and together. Not all guides are created equal, it was obvious in the trail. Don’t miss this.Absolute best way to see Machupicchu.
