We have done the tour as a couple and it couldn't have been better. Uber was an excellent guide, he accompanied us to Huayna Picchu and also gave us a very complete and interesting tour of Machupichu. The organization was perfect. Highly recommended!!

Everything went wrong since the beginning. The trip is very confusing, since there's no guide to accompany you since the beginning. The agency will leave you with the tickets and some info and that's it. It would have been a lot cheaper to organize everything by myself.
The guide at Machu Picchu was hard to find, since he didn't come to greet me. He was waiting near the stairs to start the track on the mountain. I got circuit 1, but the guide said he would just accompany me until the classic sight to take photos, he didn't accompany me to Puente Inca, so I decided not to go, since I was afraid to get lost. The Machu Picchu tour lasted about 55 minutes. The guide was private, so he obviously wanted to finish as soon as possible. He just explained some basic stuff that I had already checked online, nothing new. No curiosities or fun moments.
Then I went back to Aguas Calientes by myself (there is no helping you to come back, so exercise your memory to remember the way when you're going). At lunch time they asked me to go to a restaurant that had just SALAD as a vegetarian option. And it was sweet. Totally awful and awkward, I just thanked and left to eat some pizza elsewhere. Later the agency paid most of the lunch via PayPal, but not everything.
In the end, this tour wasn't worth my time and money. It got me totally exhausted and frustrated just to take a few pictures.

I loved the experience, we booked the Machu Picchu experience and I am sure that I will never forget the experience. Uber our guide informed us of the most important events in a clear and concise manner as well as advised us on the strategic points to take home a nice souvenir. I 100% recommend hiring the tourist trip with Runas Trip and especially with Uber.
