We work with organic foods and flours with a strong prevalence of zero-mile products. Furthermore we only use long leavening and high hydration. As a matter of fact every reservation must reach us at least with two days in advance and must be expressly accepted. Having said that furthermore it is possible to choose between other two different activities: the "all you can eat" formula with several types of pizza and the "vegetarian menu".

Not only were they super friendly and inviting but the overall experience was unforgettable, the way they paired pizza with their passion and positive energy made for a fantastic evening. Our host made delicious pizza. Informed us on the ingredients, and the importance of keeping it simple and natural. This is probably one of the best kept secrets, that needs to be shared with the world. Thank you so much for such a wonderful evening❤️
