Amazing experience! It was fun and at the same time you get to do something good for the elephants. The owner was also very sympatic and it seemed like they really cared about the elephants wellbeing❤️

This was probably one of the best trips you can book. The organization is top notch. We were picked up from the hotel on time and then we went to Baan Bo Ran Village, where we prepared a Thai dessert ourselves. The people there were just super hospitable and warm. We continued to the Laem Sor Pagoda and across coconut plantations to a workshop that does great work with coconuts. We got a demonstration and saw what you can make from coconuts. Then we had a really delicious lunch with an amazing view in the Giant Summit Restaurant. Unfortunately we skipped the Secret Buddha Garden. But at the end the highlight came with the elephants in the Samui Elephant Home. There we met 3 of the 6 giants, prepared food for them and learned a lot about their history. Finally we were dropped off at the hotel.
All in all it was a great trip!

Well - this is a difficult one to review as it’s hard to find words. This was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had, the sanctuary explained clearly their mission to rehabilitate previously mistreated elephants. Their work is aimed at restoring some small element of trust to abused elephants. Whilst it’s hard to hear that the elephants have been previously mistreated, it was clear that the sanctuary are caring as best they can for those under their project. Whilst the elephants sadly won’t return to the wild, this halfway house was spacious and the elephants well fed. The tourism aspect didn’t seem to distress the animals albeit you do get to be very close with them .
The staff were wonderful and the lunch provided was excellent. The entire facility was beautifully presented and the animal welfare seemed sincere and as best you can expect given the circumstances the dear elephants have been subject to .

We really enjoyed the tour. The couple in the ancient house was super welcoming and we had the best time exploring the house and its garden and preparing a delicious Thai dessert. Our guide Bim and the driver were also so friendly and always provided water and cold face wipes for us. The lunch was very delicious (there were also vegetarian options) and the view from the restaurant was just amazing. The best part was of course the cute elephants in the sanctuary! Thank you for showing us all these great places that we would have never known of if we didn‘t book this tour. 10/10 would recommend!

For us this was a great choice. More than elephants you get to see and experience other things on the island too. Opening and cooking with the coconuts was great. We got to open the outer husk and crack open our shells, Trip-tip, when asked, do give it a go. totally worth it. I'm going to use that recipe at home. Then off to the pagoda and demonstration of how they use every part of the palm. We watched as he turned a Pestle or is it the Mortar from a piece of trunk, I can never work the pestle/mortar thing out. Up the hill for lunch and a cracking view of Koh Samui. Finally we came to the Elephant Home Nursery where we made some healthy treats for the elephants and got to learn about the centre and what they do there. Having made the treats we then offered them up to the friendly elephants and we fed them some bananas and grasses too. It was so nice and the home they have given these gentle giants is absolutely worth supporting.

Everything was so specially done and perfectly organized from the welcome to the goodbye. Honestly I truely recommend to go and enjoy the time with the elephants. They take really good care of them and they really help them 🐘❤️

Beautiful experience in direct contact with elephants who are very intelligent animals.
