Our sanctuary is the local sanctuary in Samui and everyone is welcome to visit us to observe elephants roaming free by themselves in the jungle. Learn the history about the story of the elephants and the important part how to take care elephants with us together. This program was run by the experience instructor guide who have the impression and passionate to take care Asian elephants. We invite to be a part for take care elephants with us together.

The guide was informative. We enjoyed feeding the Elephants and patting them. The Elwphants luv bathing in the water and squirt water at the people.

We were keen to see elephants, but we would only go if we were convinced it was ethical. We looked at the reviews and were confident Elephant Home Sanctuary would be.
And oh my goodness it was incredible. The sanctuary was clean, welcoming, staff were fantastic and the elephants were clearly in very good hands.
It was great to get an insight into the lives of the elephants and how they provide them a safe sanctuary for them to spend the rest of their days.
The way the elephants come for food and are able to leave in their own time, and same for the other areas we got to spend time with them was very heart warming - they weren’t entertaining or working for us, they were simply being.
Lucky was obviously very cute but they made it clear his space must be respected as he is essentially an over sized puppy who could seriously harm you.
We were never rushed, always supplied cold water, even a frozen face cloth and helped take photos for us The little touches were throughout the entire excursion.
The video at the end that they supplied free of charge was such an unexpected and lovely touch, something we can go home with and show family.
We cannot thank you enough, it far exceeded our expectations and not just a highlight of our trip but absolutely a bucket list box tick for us both.
If you are on the fence about going, please don’t be. This is coming from someone who is very particular about animal cruelty. You will love it.

I rode an elephant 20 years ago- I’d much rather support this elephant rescue place and the family had an amazing experience today up close with the elephants.

Love the trip. Memory for a lifetime! Punctual, clean 🧼 , family friendly. Do carry swimming 🏊🏾♀️costume n towel to bathe the elephants. Don’t were nail Polish💅🏽. You get to make elephant 🐘 food 🥗 and feed them

Amazing experience, I highly recommend going. Fun making food for the elephants and taking pictures. Also very pleasant staff treating the elephants very good.

Really great experience. Everything was well organized and there was allways something to do. So 3 hours was well enjoyed and our 7 year son was never bored what was really great.
One of the thing what you have to vieit if in Koh-samui.

Although this experience is on the pricier side it is definitely worth your money and time. The staff were extremely informative and friendly. They provided us with hats, bags and water so that we wouldn’t have to carry backpacks around. It was evident that the elephants were well taken care of and embrace the visitors. They are very friendly and we had a lot of fun feeding them, taking photos in the jungle and swimming with them. They also provided us with tea and coffee as well as an abundance of food for afternoon tea. The facilities were clean and overall very scenic location. 10/10 would recommend!!

We did not have an expectation for the Elephant Home Sanctuary but we were blown away. This by far was one of our highlights of our trip and the time spent there will be a lasting memory that we share to our friends, family, and anyone traveling to Thaliand.
This experience captured the magic of such amazing creatures. From the time preparing their food, feeding them breakfast, walking with them on the mountain side, and then the mud bath, and giving these elephants a bath together. The overall day was just captivating. Must do!

Had the most amazing time at this elephant sanctuary. All the guides were very knowledgeable and kept us safe at all times.
The sanctuary was well thought out, plenty of showers to change in and food was fresh and plentiful.
The elephants were well cared for and we had plenty opportunities to interact with them.
Would highly recommend this trip as the highlight of our stay in Koh Samui.

A wonderful santuary devoted to the care of these sweet rescued elephants. We loved making their food, feeding them, interacting with them in their natural environment and seeing the baby Lucky! Giving them a bath was the icing on the cake and such a cool experience.
