Unfortunately I thought I booked the trip from Agios Nikolaos not realizing the booking was in Rethymnon. The morning of the trip I was in the hotel parking lot in the Minos Hotel in Agios Nikolas and the car was in the Minos hotel parking lot in Rethymon. The driver was very kind and Viator was very professional to refund my purchase in full. Although we did not experience the intended adventure we will definitely will use Viator in the future and I will double check my booking details before departing on my trip. Thank you again.
