Sharing the experience with American friends and their teenage kids was great. Being able to show them round and hear the history from the yeomen was something they’ll remember. Shame we had to sit in the chapel due to the July weather, but hey, we made the most of it. Crown Jewels queue was LONG but moved quickly. It’s been a few years since I’ve seen them.

Great sight. , really enjoyed it. Did the Crown Jewels first at 9,00 then picked up the free Yeoman tour to look at all the sight. Our guide was great, full of history and great stories. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name. We did the first tour at 10:00, it was a very very large group. I would recommend people wait until 10:30.

Beefeater Nev was the highlight. But the tour start time was falsely advertised as 9:30. We thought we would get ahead of the crowd but to no avail.

This was a horrible tour; I’ve already sent a request for a refund. The tour guide was very nice, but her ability to communicate ruined the whole experience. She couldn’t speak English well and constantly paused to think of the English word. She provided boring information when she could finally form a sentence. I finally had to remind her the changing of the guard was at 1100. We missed it by 20 minutes; the main reason we booked this tour! She said we’d catch the second half which was nothing other than a small marching band. This was our only opportunity to see this, since we leave London tomorrow. Unacceptable for Viator!

Tour guide was great, but it rained so we sat in the chapel and he told the stories he would have told on the tour. And he was fantastic, very engaging and funny.
I just think I would have like a more private tour with less people.

Great tour. The Beefeater was really funny and made it interesting. Only complaint was that we didn't have enough time to see everything since they were closing. We should have booked an earlier time slot.

Walk through the central tower was good. Jewels line was somewhat long. Overall good trip for parents and 17 yr teen.

Our beefeater guide was great and she was the first woman to be a beefeater! Lots of amazing facts and loved seeing the crown jewels. Line moves quickly!

After a super funny and informative tour with the wonderful Yeoman Nev, my gorgeous partner Chris had arranged for him and I to have a private moment outside of the Kings House, where Chris dropped to one knee and proposed to me!! Of course I said YES!! So the Tower of London will always hold a special place in our hearts, thank you Yeomans for all your kindness xxx
