Booking system is well organised, pick up was punctual. Even had Mr Loi assist in check in so we dont get lost. The girls at check in were efficient and clear in their information. Boat was spotless. Toilets were so clean. Amazing. The crew took initiative to do anything to assist. I got sea sick and the crew were quick and on hand to attend to me. They patiently waited and adjusted our schedule to accommodate waiting for me to feel better. Rachel was so kind and generous with her time to really get me better. Once that was out of the way, we got to do the intro dives. Andie explained the theory so well and also assisted us with our oxygen tanks and bcd? Also another gem. The dive guide or instructor John? Or Aaron, was also very patient and accommodating. Made us all feel comfortable. Did not rush us. It was our first time diving. Once we were ok, we then set off. Very professional. Food was amazing. Steaks, grilled fish and fresh prawns and more! Just like the advertisement! Well done to this operator, and for hiring good calibre of crew. A very enjoyable day. And safety. There was always a second diver watching over us. I forgot her name but she had eyes like a hawk! Kudos to her also! Brilliant, just brilliant! My kids never did this before but now love it !!! We didnt get to see wally or sharks but saw nemos and coral and lots of fish. Maybe next time.

This snorkeling trip was one of my favorites in my time in Cairns. I have done many of the different tours and this one had to have been my favorite. You go to two different reef spots both with amazing views. We got to see loads or coral, fish, and even a sea turtle! Overall my time on this trip was everything I hoped for. If you are looking for an amazing snorkeling experience, do not fail to joint along on this boat.

This was a great snorkeling trip. The boat is very large and modern, and the crew very serious about their work (in a good way). The first reef site was OK, but then the second reef (Hastings) was fantastic. Their picture person did an excellent job - so be sure to buy the pictures.
Incidentally, I was scheduled to do an intro dive, but at the boat it was found that my medical conditions didn't allow for that. The company gave me a refund within two days without me asking for it. It shows that they are a honest and quality organization.

Excellent day out and lived upto expectations!! Chris cooked some lovely steaks and Kanani was extremely helpful with reef information, she was able to answer all questions really well. Would defo recommend!!

They give you minimal instructions for the introductory dive, and based on past record clearly knows that it's not rigorous enough and yet continues to charge people upfront, because the majority of people including excellent swimmers who were on my cruise failed to dive. During the trip they said they'll refund the additional charge for diving if we request through Viator, but now they are refusing to do it. They also cancelled the glass boat and the helicopter tours during the trip, so there was no way to do them instead of the dive for the same cost. The lunch provided was bland and the morning and afternoon snacks were too basic for the exorbitant price they charge. They ruined my first encounter with the great barrier reef.

total disappointment. Dont do this in winter. Rainy, rough seas, seasick passengers for 1 hour ride to crappy outer reefs. No visibility in water, cold water, rough seas and strong currents. Nothing like what was expected and a horrible experience. No color in the reef, limited fish to see. Nothing like the pictures. Almost feels like a giant scam. Save your money unless you want to swim with 140 other people in a giant washtub like experience
