This guided tour is very organized and adheres to a schedule we modify to continue to provide the best experience. Please note that our tour spends the longest time in Tolantongo, allowing you to truly enjoy your time in Tolantongo without feeling rushed by your tour company throughout the day. Our guides are extremely fluent in their English language skills. Most have lived a major part of their life in the United States and or Canada. We provide comfort in our transportation, by not allowing our vehicles to be cramped and tight with too many guests. Our guides also have a good relationship with the community of employees that work in Tolantongo. Our mutual respect for one another allows for a better experience for our guests than you could imagine. Our guides are given a fair wage for their excellent service.

The pools were beautiful and so relaxing. The waterfall and caves were an unexpected surprise to the day that added a little adventure. Unfortunately, we didn't get the full river experience because it started raining, but that's just luck. The breakfast was meh, but we didn't book for the breakfast. Definitely don't sit in the back of the bus. It was super uncomfortable and felt like we were off-roading the entire time--once we moved to the front, no problems.

Tour 100% recomendado fui de aniversario con mi esposo nos encantó cada detalle y la organización que tienen, el desayuno bufett muy rico y variado. Cuidan cada detalle te dan maleta con toalla, papel, champú, jabón, luego te cambian la toalla por otra limpia, te dan bebidas Snack todo excelente. Damian excelente guía.

Excellent tour. Great communication and very good service from start to finish. Clean, comfortable transportation. Professional and friendly tour guide and driver. The mineral pools and caves are spectacular. Highly recommend this tour.

Marcos, a kind of Mexican Ryan Gosling, was a fantastic guide. Lalo, our guardian & transporter, got us everywhere safely. It was a very well executed trip which thought of many smart things for the trip. Marcos speaks excellent English and is incredibly personable.
I think the tour is planned very well. Though you have to get up ass-early, they feed you breakfast on the way and lunch is planned at a really great time in the itinerary. The long ride home has time for a stop to eat some snacks (and some for purchase too).
Tolantongo is such an incredible experience that I'm not sure how anything could really detract from it. My dad even lost his phone in the river and was still crazy about the trip.

This was the best and most organized trip! My family of four loved every minute of it! Yes, the drive is long but it is broken up with stopping for breakfast, stopping to prepare for the pools, so it really didn’t seem as long! The pools themselves our breath taking and once in a life time opportunity to see! My kids loved hopping around them. BUT we all thought the caves were the coolest experience we ever had. I can’t say enough about our tour guide, Lalo, who was an expert and made everyone comfortable and welcome. If you are visiting CDMX, you must do this!

Great hospitality from Alex and JC! This tour group has all of the little details planned, from fresh towels after a day of swimming, water and snacks, and the interesting information shared along the way. We had a wonderful time! Lots of fun

This was amazing! You drove for hours out into the desert before getting to these aqua blue hot springs and the river. The caving was neat, the air was so warm it made breathing hard (a first for us in a cave). The hot springs were really neat to try out, the warmer ones toward the top, and they have an underground one as well. You then went to the caves and explored those, saw some bats, went under waterfalls. You ended with lunch by the river and swimming before the long ride back. This was a great day trip but not the best for you if you get super car sick!
