Our driver was great! He spoke English and was giving us city information as he drove. Driving in Brazil is crazy with all of the motorcycles cutting through traffic.

Excellent service. J Carlos was an excellent driver and very friendly and helpful. Not only did he drive us to the airport he helped us get the luggage into the terminal. Best transfer service I have ever received. Highly recommend

Driver was right on time even though our pickup time was 4:55 am. Friendly and efficient. Got us to the airport quickly. The vehicle was spacious, clean, and new.

We had a pickup for 4:55AM in the morning and the driver was EARLY thank goodness because we had an early flight. Got us to the airport very quickly and was a very professional driver.

Our guide rang the day before to confirm pick up place and time to ensure we arrived in plenty of time for our flight. En route he was a fund of knowledge about South America so we had an interesting trip.
Once at the airport he didn't just drop us in front of the departure terminal, but parked, took our luggage inside to the check in machines then, as we didn't speak Spanish, input the required info for us and ensured we had our boarding passes and were in the right luggage drop queue before leaving us.
We were extremely grateful for his help as it made everything very easy for us. Would definitely recommend.

Our driver showed up at our hotel exactly on time for our pre-arranged pickup. He went over and above at the airport where he escorted us to check-in, with our luggage. Highly recommend!

This is terrible company. They changed pick up time for transfer to the airport several times in the last moment. The first change (late night before) was 7.30am-1 hour earlier of the original time for pick up(8.30am) and last offer was 1h.15 min later of the original time(9.45am). Second offer was received at 8.00 am. The time interval between these offers is 2h.15 min that "exactly" people need when they are going to the airport. Do not use this company. There are good Huber and taxi services In Santiago.

Juan Carlos was an excellent driver. He took us through the garage & skillfully loaded our big load of luggage. Got us close to international terminal and helped us get into the terminal. Highly recommend him!
