I will never use this service again. MTO Tours has poor communication. My driver was 7.5 hours late.

We got a what’s app confirmation with all the details we needed to meet Juan Carlos the day before travel. He again messaged so we knew he was tracking our fight and as we arrived, sent a photo of himself holding a sign with our name and where he would be waiting for us. His car had room for all three of us and all our luggage and was very comfortable. We had a lot of traffic heading up the mountain and he made what could have been stressful a very pleasant experience. I can’t recommend him enough— an all around great experience!

The worst transfer I've ever had!! Driver was an hour and 20 minutes late then gets out of the vehicle goes into our hotel leaves us locked outside the vehicle. Then while driving down the road proceeds to multiple times to use his phone , texting and what not while driving around 90 curves from Valle Nevado at night. He stops 5 minutes from a hotel and brings us to the gas station to fill his car up with gas and haggles about the price with the attendant knowing full well I needed to use the bathroom. I would like a refund or at least a discount on that ride. Worst ride ever!!!!
