Raul and the company in general communicated very well. And in English which was helpful to us.
Raul was courteous and polite as well as knowledgeable about the journey we took.
I appreciated his services knowing we were in a foreign country and had a timeline to get to our destination.

Juan Carlos was super accomodating and fun to ride with for the trip. He was communicative on when he would arrive and made the process super smooth. Would recommend if you looking for an easy transport.

Our driver, Jcarlos, was running a few minutes late but messaged us to let us know. Car was a nice, clean SUV. The drive through to Valparaiso was such a laugh-our driver played Tom Jones, Status Quo, Boney M, etc music so we all had a great singalong which made the journey go much quicker!!
No hesitation in recommending.

After confirming the reservation, the driver did not show up.or answer the phone. It took the hotel manager and myself 10 phone calls to finally reach the service. The driver came 45 minutes late and the van had to pull over because of overheating, which caused further delays. I will never use Viator again and being a travel agent, I will pass this on to my colleagues. Very very bad experience
