The Museum of Archeology and History Francisco Fonck, founded in 1937, is a varied and complete museum that shows objects of the original peoples of Chile: highlighting its large collection of the Rapanui culture, the Atacameños, Diaguitas, Mapuches, inhabitants of the area central and extreme austral, in addition to a wide collection of Peruvian pre-Columbian vessels. In the area of Natural Sciences there is a complete sample of arthropods and animals from different areas of the country.

The trip to Valparaíso was amazing, the wine tasting was a bit 50/50, in a supermarket like place and at 9am but the vires were amazing. Ignacio was very informative and gave loads of information. The only issue I had was the bus, I had a really tight seat and it was a bit uncomfortable but the trip itself was amazing!

Right from the get go the experience was great and better than what we thought it would be like. It was well organised. Edison, our guide, was knowledgeable, passionate, and sincere. Everything from the places chosen down to the number of stops including the duration at each stop was well thought of. I especially liked how we were given some time exploring on our own. I highly recommend this tour. I’m grateful for all the effort that would have gone into the planning to make this part of our trip memorable.

This tour was well organized, well paced, and quite welcoming. Our tour guide, Alexis, was very friendly and helpful. Our driver also skillfully navigated the tough roads of Valparaiso and Vina Del Mar. Overall, a really solid experience for a reasonable price.

Valparaíso siempre será un buen destino es hermoso me encanta. El tour fue perfecto salimos tipo 7:30 del hotel y llegamos a las 5 y pudimos seguir paseando por Santiago.

Lamentamos no haber tenido la oportunidad de recorrer más (Ej: talleres artesanales,ingreso a casa de Neruda, Quinta Vergara, museos, etc.) Hubiesemos disfrutado de los conocimientos de Vanesa, un placer haberla tenido de guía. La primer parada y el almuerzo -fuera de Santiago- no nos resultaron atractivos. Felicitaciones por contar con una guía que ama su profesión.
