I confirmed with the company and driver the pick up time at 10:00am as I had booked. He never showed up, I called and texted several times no answer. Then at 10:40 I used a different phone and the driver picked up he was still at least one hour away. We had to make other arrangements to go to Santiago. Terrible experience!!!! We have used Viator transport and tour through out the world never a problem. I requested a full refund waiting to go through.

We paid for a transfer from the cruse terminal at San Antonio to or hotel in Santiago, to be collected outside the Customs area at 10.00am, I received numerous emails from your representatives, while at sea ,with no coverage till we docked on the 20th, ,with 2 phone numbers,neither of which were answered , called by cruise terminal staff and Port Authority.
We were waiting till 10.50am, but NO SHOW of the transfer, even the Port Authority tried to contact you but no results, the phone call was answered then immediately hung up. We pad in good faith $297.52 , we will be contacting paypal, and would like a full refund of this amount, We received a text from your driver Filipe Caceres (+56 9 5326 5437) from MTO to say he had arrived 11.10am after being held up at the airport for the previous transfer passenger, but by then we had got another transfer to the hotel. I would appreciate reply from you

The prepaid driver didn't show at Port Antonio Chile leaving us in rain waiting 1 hour and a half
Had multiple Port people and other tour guides look for our Driver
Finally booked another expensive ride with Car driver who took us to Santiago
Have contacted contact info number and e-mailed 3 times and finally for a refund to no avail
Cost us $ 285 Canadian pre paid and $150 U.S. for our late ride to Santiago which served up plans for day
Not pleased and expect restitution and apology

We had a great experience with the transfer. I only booked it 24 hours ahead of time, when I realized that it might be difficult to secure transportation on our own, at the port.
Our driver Carlos, was really good. He sent me a message via whatsapp when he left the city, and again once he arrived at the port. He was very easy to find and we didn't have to wait at all.

Meeting was easy, communication was excellent. He texted that there was traffic due to an accident and would be a bit late, not a problem, we were delayed a bit getting off the ship. The ride was comfortable, and arrived at our hotel promptly.

We chose a private transfer from San Antonio port to Santiago because we had specific requirements. My wife his extremely allergic to fragrances and we requested a vehicle with no order. The vehicle that was provided was the exact opposite and since we didn’t have any options at that time we were forced to accept the ride. As a consequence my wife was sick for 2 days after the ride.
The pickup and transport was okay but don’t expect this company to respect your special requests
