I liked being able to skip the line and having a guided tour.
I would plan on getting to the meeting point a little ahead of the expected time because it can be a little chaotic and confusing.

I was a little disappointed that it wasn’t a private gondola ride, and the majority of the time the guy was on his cell phone, talking and laughing obnoxiously. The guided tour was nice and the lady was very sweet and informative.

We enjoyed our gondola ride and our tour through the Doge's Palace was great. We were really impressed with seeing the inside of the Palace. Not what we expected when we got inside. Beautiful. Our gondola ride was nice also. The tour company did a great job of getting us on first given we had to get back for the Doge's Palace portion of the tour. I wish though that the timing between was a little better organized so it felt less rushed. But overall we loved our tour.
