The tour and the guide, Sandra, were gorgeous. Friendly, warming and fun. Nature in a “room” and knowledge in a fin tour. You should go!l

The madness of grandeur personified in a pretentious place and totally out of the current economic context!! : who would want to spend 40 euros for two to discover an exhibition on cork or Port wines??!! In u. countries where social minimums do not even reach 800 euros/month! and in a continent where inflation exceeds 20% in two years!! Why want to defraud visitors?! Besides, no one falls into such a crude trap: the places are deserted, this place is a great nihilistic void which will end up going bankrupt in the 2 to 3 years to come...and will have been deserved.

This should be much better than it is. Very confusing layout. Lack of directional signage, elavators hidden away, some food inedible, shops should carry higher end products. Went to 3 Shows ( Museums) - Portugal thru the ages, Cork and Chocolate. Even the entry procedures for a pre purchased ticket are different for certain Shows s you are stuck behind people who have no idea what they want to see and buy. A sausage was inedible for me and have several bones in my wife’s. Staff indifferent to comments when asking if we enjoyed it. We were questioned ad to our reactions after the Portugal show and when said signage needed improvement was told hat they hear it all the time! If so then fix it after a year open. You get the feeling that the Owners / Investors haven’t experienced it as a customer does. Disjointed, some Staff such as in the Chocolate Show are pompous. At the end of the Chocolate Show they tempt you with a machine to pick up large Chocolate bars but they machine fakes that and you get a small bar. Get rid of the big ones and let the customer actually pick up a small bar of their choice. Porto is great. I would only do WOW on a Sunday morning when shops are closed as we did but don’t expect something special, we’ll thought out and eat somewhere else.
