I am totally obsessed with WOW! I have been to every museum and many of the restaurants. Everything about this complex is very well done and high quality. The views from the courtyard are stunning! The shops are also excellent and include products from top Portuguese brands like Claus Porto, Portugal Jewels and Bordallo Pinheiro. Their temporary exhibit right now at the Atkinson Museum is Dalí Universe! Don't miss it, it's on through the end of October.

During our stay in Porto, we wanted to visit the Gaia area which is the area where Port wine was stored in cellars. WOW, was recommended and it did not disappoint. The combo package is the best way to go. So we decided to the Planet Cork, Wine Experience, and the Chocolate Story. The staff was very pleasant and answered all our questions prior to our journey through each one. These are all self guided tours. Planet cork was amazing, didn't realize how much you could do with this. Then, the wine experience tour was just as good and at the end, we were able to have a little class on the proper etiquette of wine tasting. One white, red, and there Port. The lady that gave this class was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We decided to the Chocolate Story the next day. We were greeted by Liz and she was very friendly and explained what we were about to experience. She also offered to secure our rain coats and umbrellas, which was very nice of her. We learned alot about Chocolate during this self guided tour. We finished our tour with another little Chocolate tasting, again, the staff was awesome! So, if you're looking for a great experience for wine, visit WOW!!

A visit to the Porto Region Across The Ages Museum (opportunity to learn more about the history of the Porto region). The purpose of the visit was to do a Jewelery workshop. And it was actually very interesting. It was worth it, I managed to make a necklace and a bracelet.

Our visit to the WOW museums in Porto was absolutely incredible! The children loved exploring the Pink Palace Museum, with its magical atmosphere and interactive exhibits. At the Chocolate Museum, in addition to learning about the history of this much-loved sweet, we had the unique opportunity to observe chocolate production in real time. At the Wine Museum, we were fascinated by the production processes and enjoyed some of the best wines in the region. The Cork Museum provided us with a unique insight into this versatile and sustainable material. At the Porto Region Museum, we delve deeply into the rich local history and culture. And the archaeological museum collection The Bridge Collection, made up of more than two thousand artefacts used by different civilizations over nine thousand years, was a fascinating journey through the history of humanity. Without a doubt, an enriching experience for the whole family!

The price for each exhibit is just ridiculously expensive.
Many people inquired about the exhibition and then left. Who would pay 100 euros for for a family for an exhibit?
No wonder it was empty.
