We were greeted by a Club Mobay representative upon exiting our flight. She kindly took escorted us through customs and immigration quickly. We hung out in the lounge while waiting for the Beaches bus. The snacks and drinks were plentiful. The restrooms were clean and the staff was phenomenal!
The day of departure our original flights were cancelled and we booked with a new airline. The process the change our reservation was super easy. When we arrived at the airport, the front desk of Club Mobay assisted in all our questions and were very helpful and polite. We used their priority lane to fast track through immigration. The lounges are located by gates 7 & 12 with easy access depending on which gate you’re flying out of. We used gate 12. We checked out carryon bags in at the desk and were seated immediately. The buffet was filled with jerk chicken, chicken nuggets, fries, sushi, soups, pastas, yogurts, sandwiches, chips and more. We had a great time with the wonderful staff! I would highly recommend.

Upon arriving, the assistance in going through customs was priceless.
When informing Club Mobay of our delayed flight, we did not receive a response. Communication from Club Mobay needs improvement.

Our driver Damion was excellent. He transported us to and from our resort. Would 100% recommend him!
Our Holiday Services "rep" messaged me a lot trying to sell me excursions. I had no idea this would happen and found it to be a little bothersome.
Mobay departures lounge is excellent however, the arrivals lounge is small and lackluster in comparison. I would not purchase this service upon arrival again because it did not save us any time and I was uninterested in the lounge after a long day of travelling due to its lack of appeal.

We chose to take the Mobay Club VIP Lounge for our airport arrival in Jamaica. A member of the VIP lounge staff was waiting for us upon arrival with my name on a card and guided us through the security process and collection of our suitcases. We passed in a priority line and quickly arrived at the VIP lounge. Shannique was very kind to us and served us like kings while we relaxed in the lounge. All members of the Mobay club are professional and friendly. The transport to and from the hotel was very good and this service was fast without any detours.
I recommend it without hesitation because at this airport, there can be 3 or 4 planes arriving at the same time.

I will NEVER travel to Jamaica again WITHOUT the Club Mobay experience. First off, their communication is superd!!! They had a sign with our names as we were coming out of the plane so I didn't have to go searching. She grabbed my bag and led the way!! We walked right to the front of the Security and Customs lines. No waiting at all!!! Within 5 mins of deboarding I was in the VIP lounge in a comfy chair with a rum punch in hand relaxing taking in the vibes as I waited my transport! Thank you Club Mobay for giving me the real VIP experience!!!

Can get crowded certain times of the year. So Mobay can be a Good choice especially on those crowded days. Helps Breeze right through the crowds. Rum Punch Drinks are a plus. Finger foods are just ok. No patties.

Worst experience ever! We were never met getting off the plane and told to talk to the Mobay desk. The lady was SO rude! She said Viator never sent the reso. When we called customer service they said Mobay should have it. We wanted so much time and still had to stand in the general line. No one would help us or take responsibility. We will NEVER book with Viator again!

We had a few issues regarding our arrival due to unexpected flight delays and had difficulty communicating that which in turn caused most of our meet and greet at the airport not to happen. I had sent numerous emails notifying Mobay about delays and new arrival times but got no response. Once we did connect with MoBay personnel we ended up being rushed out of the lounge by the people doing the transfer to the hotel because of time constraints.
The departure ended up being confusing as well. The company providing the transfer did not drop us off at the area where we were to meet MoBay personnel, we had no idea that was to happen, nor we informed of that. That in turn led to some excessive waits in line to clear customs etc. which we thought would be avoided by using this service. Once we finally got to the lounge we enjoyed it but to that point I was not very impressed with how the service was.

Club Mobay is not what it use to be. You are going to either wait one hour to get through immigration or one hour at baggage claim. If you wait the one hour to get through immigration, when you get to baggage claim, your luggage will be ready. If you pay for expedited service through immigration, you will still have to wait one hour in baggage claim to get your luggage.
