Paula is an amazing guide. She exudes passion for the North End; it comes through in her intimate knowledge and appreciation for its history and culture. She painted a complete picture of how the North End came to be and placed it in the global context- what was happening in Europe and the US that shaped the North End into what it is today. The food was great too, of course! But I have a deeper appreciation for what I ate due to the cultural and historical context that Paula provided. My favorites were the Neapolitan pizza and the cannoli (yum!!). I HIGHLY recommend this tour.

We’ve been to the North End many times.
We’re so glad that we chose this particular one. Paula was informative.. & knowledgeable. She took us to a lot of places that locals like. We tried many different kinds of local flavors. If you love going to the North End .. I highly recommend this tour! Thankyou again Paula for a great experience! You did an amazing job!!

We really enjoyed hearing Paula talk about the history of the Italian community in the north end. Her choice of stops was great… Food was good. Paula is passionate about the north end, it’s history, and it’s future. That’s what made this a great tour.

This tour is a must do if visiting Boston! Paula is amazing and her love for her neighborhood shines through in this tour. You get to taste a lot of amazing food and take a deep dive into the culture and history of the North End

What a great experience! I knew I was going to enjoy the food, but enjoying Paula's fascinating discussion of Italian-American history in the North End and beyond was the cherry on top. This was a fantastic way to spend a few hours on my first trip to Boston.

My husband and I took Paula's tour today, June 14th. She is fantastic with relating the history of the north end. Every place we went for food was delicious! I recommend you not eat before the tour as you won't be able to enjoy all the deliciousness.
