I booked this one and nobody show up and I called them and thei said they will refund me but they didn’t and they don’t pickup the call anymore.. I was so mad and disappointed

Don't book through Viator, they're a 3rd party vendor who sells the tickets without having the ride confirmed. Luckily, it's not too speedy and hopefully will be easy to get a refund.

The Tour never turned up! So rating is 0!
I then paid for an uber there and back plus the entry ticket to the park. Cheaper and easier way which I should have just done in the first place. Don't bother booking a tour!

The guy showed up in a regular car. They didn’t provide us passes for diamond head so he frantically called someone to see if they could get him last minute passes for us. Then we got there and didn’t have passes so we had to drive out of Diamond head and he finally got reception and airdropped me the passes. Basically I paid $40 a person what an extreme rip off I’ll never do business with this company again. This should be illegal

We waited for our ride for over 20 minutes and then after calling and chasing down the correct people we find out it was cancelled due to weather. They didn't contact us. If we wouldn't have called we would still be waiting lol
The weather was a perfect day and all the other tours happened that day.

They canceled the tour the morning of about an hour before we were supposed to meet. Very disappointing as we’d planned a day of our vacation around this activity. We did receive a full refund so not all was lost.

I enjoyed breathtaking views and the company of Sergio, our guide. Not only was he friendly and helpful, but he also made the whole experience comfortable and relaxed. Chatting with Sergio was a delight as he shared fascinating stories about the island and its marine life. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a peaceful time and spectacular views.

If I could give zero stars I would..we were cancelled on twice always last minute without even giving an explanation… so disappointed. I never leave a bad review however I feel this deserves it. Now just waiting on my refund.

Our driver, Serigo, was great!! He showed us a park on the ride to Diamond Head which was lively and interesting and now we're planning to visit during our stay in Honolulu. The experience at Diamond Head was fantastic.

I had the most amazing time on my Diamond Head trip with Big Kahuna Tours! Sergio was super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He was really fun and gave great recommendations! The hike was beautiful and the view from the top of Diamond Head was spectacular! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hawaii
