Half an hour late getting there and waited 1/2 hour upon arrival. Made it to flight when they were boarding.

Pick up was cool they were on time. While riding to the resort they try to upsell. Which they did we confirmed a booking for coco bongo which was weird we were picked up in a Honda Civic. It seemed the driver was off work and they pocketed the money of $300 for 3 people. It was not precessional at all. On top of that we were checking out today pick up time was 9AM they never arrived!! It’s 9:43AM and they still have not showers up nor called or emailed so we had to pay a taxi $70 to get to the airport so we don’t miss out flight. I have been messaging Natalia since 7AM on WhatsApp she read the message and never replied. The resort staff has also called her WhatsApp number and the company number on trip advisor/ Viator and no one answered. I paid for Rountrip this is terrible. Here is us in the the taxi that we had to pay for, From Finest Resort to Punta Cana airport
