We had the best time with this excursion! Our guide Mitchell went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing time! I highly recommend this excursion and we WILL be doing it again when we go back to San Juan!! Mitchell is the GOAT!!🩵

The trip was so wonderful and Andrea was extremely knowledgeable about the rainforest. She was very patient with us and definitely was sympathetic with my wife when she wanted to not go up to the waterfall slide. Great hostess!

Amazing enthusiastic tour guide who really cares about what he does and his customers! Takes care on the hikes as to have the safest yet most exciting experience. An all around great time and he was informative on plant life as well !

Hard to say, it was all great. Carlos was our tour guide. Can't say one bad thing. Pick up communication was great, he was right on time, courteous, friendly, patient, and funny too. He is so knowledgeable on El Yunque an PR in general. His skills and ability to guide us in a calm, helpful, and safe manner were immeasurable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to take this tour.

Our guide, Brian, was excellent and patent with our varied athletic abilities. My teenager loved the rope jump and water slide. The path is very wet and slippery, but interesting and we liked hearing the frogs. Wear shoes with good traction that you can hose off at the end. If you want water shoes, just carry them for the time in the pool.

Great time! Carlos was friendly and so attentive. When my husband and I passed on some of the adventures, he took our 12 and 14 yr old boys with him and group to complete them while we waited. Highly recommend.

Our tour got cancelled due to the river conditions. Unfortunately, we were leaving the next day so we couldn’t reschedule. We were given a full refund but I wish they would have had a plan B. It would have been nice to see the rainforest even if we couldn’t go in the river. We didn’t get to see the beach either. Also, our tour was cancelled AFTER we spent over an hour in the car to get there so we spent 2.5 hours in the car for nothing. Carlos was our guide - he seemed great and was very explanatory and apologetic. It wasn’t his fault. And the small group aspect of it was nice.

Amazing journey to the waterfalls! 10/10 would recommend. Chefs kiss of a tour. Mitchell was so caring as a tour guide and loved by other tour guides which is a good sign. He gave us a great history of PR too in the car ride. We would say this is a highlight of our trip and not to miss it.

Fantastic tour! Andrea our tour guide was amazing. Knew so much about the area and was so attentive. Loved this tour and would definitely recommend if you like the outdoors, nature, and water. My son LOVED the natural water slide, jumping into the pool and swinging from the rope into the natural pool. Didn't want to leave! After Andrea suggested a great local restaurant and got us back to the cruise ship with plenty of time

Andres came to pick us up at the hotel and bring us right to the rainforest. He was super knowledgeable about the forest and its history. Made sure we were all safe and took care of our belongings and even got great pics/videos of us! After experiencing the rainforest he drove us to grab some delicious lunch:) then back to the hotel. Everything was perfect and felt very intimate, which was exactly what we were looking for. Couldn’t be happier with Andres and the excursion!
