Delve into ancient history on this four-hour private city tour of the highlights of Lisbon. Journey through Lisbon’s monumental landmarks in an air-conditioned vehicle while listening to commentary from your personal guide. Visit history-rich neighborhoods such as Chiado, Alfama and Baixa.

Visit Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Lisbon’s ex-libris and the maximum exponent of Europe’s last gothic style.

During the tour, we will offer you a sweet gastronomic wonder, the famous Pastel de Belém.

Finish your tour at Tagus River mouth, next to Torre de Belém, the symbol of the city and Portuguese nationality.

Choose from morning and afternoon departures, with convenient pick-up and drop-off at your Lisbon hotel or Lisbon cruise terminal.

Please not that on Mondays it is not possible to visit the inside of Jerónimos and the church of São Roque. These monuments are closed on Monday.

Passage through the Church of S. Vicente de Fora (brief visit to the interior) Beginning in 1582, the S. Vicente de Fora Church was built to house the relics of the patron saint of the city, St. Vincent, declared patron in 1173.

Walk through the old neighbourhoods and enjoy the beauty of the ancient alleyways, full of memories.

The Cathedral dates from the XII and was built on the largest mosque of the city, which, in turn, had already been built on a church of the 16th century. IX. Of fortified aspect, it obeys to the style of the Hispanic Romanesque.

Tour the city’s streets, comfortably in one of our vehicles. We will visit the iconic Baixa, Príncipe Real and Bairro Alto, stopping off at two of the city’s most enjoyable belvederes.

From the Belvedere of São Pedro de Alcântara, located in the garden of the same name, we are privileged with one of the most complete and beautiful panoramas of the city of Lisbon.

Come with us on a visit to S. Roque Church, where some of Europe’s greatest treasures are kept. On Monday mornings, the Church of São Roque is closed and it is not possible to visit it.

Come down the hill and be charmed by Chiado neighbourhoods.

Visit Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, Lisbon’s ex-libris and the maximum exponent of Europe’s last gothic style. (The visit is only to the church). On Mondays it is not possible to visit the inside of Jerónimos and the church of São Roque. These monuments are closed on Mondays. On Monday mornings, the Church of São Roque is closed and it is not possible to visit it. The Jerónimos Monastery is closed on Mondays, so we cannot visit the inside.

During the tour, we will offer you a sweet gastronomic wonder, the famous Pastel de Belém. Finish your tour at Tagus River mouth, next to Torre de Belém, the symbol of the city and Portuguese nationality. (The Belém Tower will only be seen from the outside).

The Highlights of Lisbon were indeed highlights, brought to life by one of the best guides we have had - Daniel. Daniel was very well versed in the history, legends, and sights of the city. He was personable and tailored our tour to our interests...including a request to sample the best pastries in the city. We would definitely recommend the tour and hopefully with Daniel as your guide.

Vasco was an excellent tour guide. He was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to include an art school tour for our daughter. He was the best, is well liked among the locals, and just took his time with us. Please consider giving him a great tip because he is so worth it! We gave him a 45% tip because he was such a great guide. Even when it rained, he got us umbrellas and was just so patient with us.

Daniel, our guide, was a wealth of knowledge relating to the medieval part of the city of Lisbon and Portugal in general. We visited four or five neighborhoods and landmarks. We were able to get a deeper understanding for the different types of architecture,culture and people.
He had a sense of humor; was truly interested and excited about his job. We asked lots of questions and he could tell we were enjoying learning about his home.

This was an incredible way to see Lisbon and understand it's rich history. Our guide, Daniel, was a weath of knowledge and so personable. He took is all around the city, mostly by car and a bit walking, telling us about the various neighbors and a ton about the history of the area. This is a good way for someone less mobile to get around and see all that Lisbon has to offer. Daniel also provided us with a ton of great restaurant and shop recommendations. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Diogo took us on a very informative and interesting private tour of Lisbon. He showed us the highlights of the city in the 4 hour tour. The vehicle we drove in was very comfortable and water was provided. Would highly recommend to anyone that hasn’t visited Lisbon before or wants to learn more about the main attractions of the city.

Diogo was a terrific guide - knowledgeable in many factes of Lisbon. Only negative was the small car when we were expecting bigger vehicle for 4 taller, older women with knee problems.
