First off, our skipper (Vincenzo) and second (Osama) were amazing and the boat tour itself was perfection! So this feedback/review is more for the touring company when you reach Capri.

We got to the island and had about 4 hours there and we were picked up by a small boat for transport that would take us to a restaurant. Because of the traffic, we had to wait a little while but we were enjoying ourselves with the view so it didn’t matter too much. By the time we were transferred to the island, we were dropped off at a restaurant and told to sit down immediately. We were fine with this, but then the restaurant took 40min to take our order and it was taking up valuable time to see Capri, so we eventually got up to leave. We were told by the restaurant manager that we could not leave to go elsewhere or have food somewhere else. She said that if we did not order food at her restaurant, we would have to pay 100 euros to use their transport back to our boat because it is some deal with the tour company. That was the only way we could get back to our boat was through them…

Now the food was wonderful and I think the staff at the restaurant were very overwhelmed because this “deal” must be with a lot of tour companies. But by the time we were done we only had about an hour to explore Capri because we were basically made to stay in a restaurant the majority of our time and were only able to see a very small strip of the most touristy area. It was actually sad when you pay that much money to not actually be able to enjoy the destination.

Now I will say, the food was great, but to Sail and Fun management… don’t know what can be done here, but I don’t want that happening to others, so hopefully with this review you can figure something out with the restaurant.

But closing out… Osama and Vincenzo were AMAZING and the boat portion was a highlight of our trip! But if this restaurant thing continues… this will reflect very poorly on your company. Fix it.

Andrea and Francesco were great skippers. They took us to the green cave, under the arch of the famous rocks and to the mini-waterfall (fountain of youth). They made the experience a memorable one! 5/5 recommend

I must say, I was looking forward to this trip due to booking through Capri.com and seeing all the lovely 5* reviews. However, the day after i booked, I received a whatsapp message saying that they need to move my trip back a day due to 'operational issues'. We agreed and filled the day with a day out in Sorrento instead.
The next day, we then received yet another whatsapp message saying they need to move the booking again. We cancelled the trip, and rebooked with another tour operator, which was flawless and went perfectly.
We were on honeymoon, and wanted to enjoy our time, rather than be messed around.

What a fantastic day! Andrea and David were prompt in picking us up and communicating beforehand on where to meet. We had SUCH a great group on the boat and got to see all of the amazing caves along the way to Capri! Tons of snacks, sandwiches and drinks! We were able to swim in the Sea with plenty of noodles to float on and dry towels when we were finished. These guys were FOUR stars and just wonderful! Thank you!

We had the best time. We had two people join our group of 10 and made the experience even more fun. The grottos were interesting. Antonio, our captain, made sure to pull in and back in so we could all get our pictures. The Isle of Capri was beautiful. Osama, our second on deck, was informative and funny. He kept us fed and our cups full. I’d love to live this day over!
