We will observe this sheer cliff overlooking the sea, approximately 297 meters high, near Villa Jovis. According to legend, the Roman emperor Tiberius would have condemned prisoners to be thrown off this cliff, and after falling into the sea, they would be beaten with oars and sticks by a team of sailors until death.

I must say, I was looking forward to this trip due to booking through Capri.com and seeing all the lovely 5* reviews. However, the day after i booked, I received a whatsapp message saying that they need to move my trip back a day due to 'operational issues'. We agreed and filled the day with a day out in Sorrento instead.
The next day, we then received yet another whatsapp message saying they need to move the booking again. We cancelled the trip, and rebooked with another tour operator, which was flawless and went perfectly.
We were on honeymoon, and wanted to enjoy our time, rather than be messed around.

What a fantastic day! Andrea and David were prompt in picking us up and communicating beforehand on where to meet. We had SUCH a great group on the boat and got to see all of the amazing caves along the way to Capri! Tons of snacks, sandwiches and drinks! We were able to swim in the Sea with plenty of noodles to float on and dry towels when we were finished. These guys were FOUR stars and just wonderful! Thank you!

We had the best time. We had two people join our group of 10 and made the experience even more fun. The grottos were interesting. Antonio, our captain, made sure to pull in and back in so we could all get our pictures. The Isle of Capri was beautiful. Osama, our second on deck, was informative and funny. He kept us fed and our cups full. I’d love to live this day over!

We had a lovely experience. It was a small group (10 people), and it was about an hour and a half each way to the island. We sailed around Capri for a bit, which was my favorite part (so beautiful!) and we stopped for snacks, drinks, and a swim. We had 2.5 hours on the island, which was a little less than I would have liked, but I enjoyed the boat part more than town anyway. Beer was available the whole time, and Prosecco was available once we stopped. We had a fun time!
