The place is called chunky monkey tours they took our money and did not bother to show up for the tour do not book this excursion we ended up having to pay another company for golf carts instead to get around the country the locals were very helpful but they all said this happens alot i have requested a refund from viator let's see how long it takes

These were great. It was the best way to see the beach. We weren’t expecting much but they were a lot of fun. We would do them again

My teen son and I had a blast riding the electric bikes on the road and boardwalk. We asked if we could explore and the Owner gave us a map and explained the area and way to go. There were no hassles or issues. My son said we absolutely had to rent the bikes again when we return in the future. Beach club which was included was ok and owned by the owner was not posh but the staff were nice, drinks were cold and there were sailing tarps overhead for those needing a break from the sun. Wifi was down when we visited but we weren’t there to be online.
One thing to note if booking. The location is ‘outside’ the port. Go through the gate and walk towards the Mayan ruin at the end of the street. The shop is on the right inside the strip mall right before the ruin. Have fun exploring!!

Our tour guide was very informative. The Mayan ruins were very impressive. If we had any complaints they would be the pickup point and the tardiness of the tour. It was a long walk to their office, they need to gather closer to the port. Also the tour was an hour late and because of this we did not use the second tour we purchased, the golf cart tour. Very disappointed.
