What to expect
The fist stop will be at the UNESCO excavations of Pompeii where you can enjoy a couple of hours, followed by a winery to enjoy a short tour and tasty local lunch.
The buried city of Pompeii was left under a blanket of ashes after the eruption of Vesuvius in 79. Let’s say “a must see” of our peninsula due to its intact excavations.
The local winery, were you will be able to get a real taste for Neapolitan flavours.

Let us take you to taste a DOC wine made from the land of the Vesuvius. This wine is better known as Lacryma Christi. It was once produced by the monks and after by the Jesuit Fathers who have become the only producers of this precious wine.

We had an amazing time. Angelo gave us a five star experience. Highly recommend if you are in Sorrento. We were picked up in Sorrento and he connected us with a guide in Pompeii. He then suggested a winery where we had a wonderful wine tasting and lunch with clear views of Vesuvius. Vey relaxing day. 10 out of 10 experience.

Victtorio was great! He was a careful driver. He took time to point out interesting sites and gave us info about the towns we were in. I especially loved his enthusiasm for his home town! The tour of Pompei was fascinating.

We had Angelo as our driver and he was wonderful and very kind. We felt safe, as his driving was impeccable. He was very personable. We laughed and felt we could relax. He was prompt and even stopped at a beautiful viewpoint to take our picture over sorrento on the travel back from Pompei

Angelo was our driver and we had a full day planned but the unseasonal rain had other plans. Not only did Angelo help us replan a little, he coordinated with our guides and restaurant to make all the plans that were more rain appropriate. Not many drivers would be so flexible and adjust their schedule/plan.
