We had an extremely rude driver. He was an hour late and then preceded to yell at us because he was unable to find our VRBO. Even though two drivers before him found it with no problem. Then he continued his rant for the first 10 minutes until my husband had to intervene and tell him to back off. It was very unpleasant and this gentleman needs to find a new job!!

Had an excellent trip with Ferdinando from Sorrento to Naples. He was punctual, professional and friendly. Car was immaculate and a very comfortable ride.
